Comp runs from 7th December to 17th December 2010

1. Instructions on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
2.2. Employees of the following (and their immediate family) are not eligible to enter:
Westfield Ltd and the agencies associated with this promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER?
3.1. The promotion commences at 12pm on Tuesday 7th December 2010 (AEDST) and
closes at 8am on Friday 17th December 2010 (AEDST) (“Promotional Period”).
3.2 To enter the promotion, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, fill out the
fields with asterisks next to them on the entry form to receive an entry into the draw.
3.3. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any
entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or
who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3.5 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZE DRAW: The draw for the prizes in this promotion will take place at Westfield
Chermside, Centre Management Office, Corner Hamilton and Gympie Roads, Chermside,
QLD 4032 at 12 noon on Friday 17th December 2010 (AEDST).
5. NOTIFICATION: The winners of the prize draw will be notified by email or telephone.
6. PRIZE DETAILS:
6.1 The Prize must be collected by the winner in person from the Centre Management
Office at Westfield Chermside within one month of the date of the draw. The winner must
present proof of identity to claim the prize.
6.2 The winner of the prize is responsible for his or her own travel costs to reach Westfield
Chermside shopping centre in order to collect and redeem the prize.
6.3 If the prize is not collected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within one
month of the date of the draw, it will automatically be forfeited by that winner.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: In the event that the prize is not collected in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions, a further draw for the prize in this promotion may take
place at Westfield Chermside, Centre Management Office, Corner Hamilton and Gympie
Roads, Chermside, QLD 4032 at 12 noon on Monday 17th January 2011 (AEDST). The
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. TOTAL PRIZE POOL: The total prize pool value for this promotion of the Cuisinart
Frozen Yoghurt, Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker is AUD$99.95. The prize is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever
the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the
Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will
not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
9. PRIZE TO A MINOR: If the winner of the prize draw is under the age of 18 years, the
prize will be awarded to that winner’s parent or guardian.
10. DOCUMENTATION OF PRIZE WINNER: Entrants consent to the Promoter using the
entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome).
11. LATE ENTRIES: No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. LIABILITY: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which
is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury suffered or sustained from the prize, except for any liability which cannot by law be
excluded.
13. VARIATION: The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms
and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, at any time throughout the
promotion, subject however to prior consultation with and approval from any relevant
state regulation authorities.
14. INTERNET CLAUSE: If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as
planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control
of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alteration of,
entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or
any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or another person's
computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this
promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, or to otherwise undermine
the legitimate operation of this promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and
should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the
right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. PRIVACY: In order to conduct this promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal
information about each entrant and obtain each entrant's agreement in relation to handling
this personal information. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be
entered into the promotion. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering
the promotion, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being
entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other
compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office
of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed
to that office. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from
