Kenwood KClub November – December 2010 Competition
Terms and Conditions
Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
 The Promoter is DéLonghi Australia Pty Ltd ABN 49 104 012 857, Unit 3A, 43 Lyn Parade, Prestons, NSW, Australia 2170.
 The Promotion will be open from 10am on December 4th 2010 and will conclude at midnight (AEST) on 31 December 2010.
 Entry is open to all persons who are current members of Kenwood KClub, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and companies associated with this Promotion (Eligible Entrants).
 To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the competition form in the KClub members section of the Kenwood Australia website (www.kenwood-australia.com), including describing in 25 words or less " What amazing creation you would be able to make with the BL760 blender”, and providing their full name and contact details and submitting it during the Promotion Period (an Eligible Entry).
 Incomplete entry forms are invalid
 There is a limit of one entry per Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.
 The winners will be the three Eligible Entries which describe in 25 words or less “What amazing creation you would be able to make with the BL760 blender” that are judged to be the three most creative by the Promoter. The judge’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
 The Prize is one of three BL760 Bench Blenders valued at $229 each RRP. Total prize value is $687 RRP .
 The judging will take place on Tuesday 4th January 2011 at DéLonghi Australia, Unit 3A, 43 Lyn Parade, Prestons, NSW, Australia 2170. The winners' will be notified by email provided on the entry form, and their names will be published online at www.kenwood-australia.com within 2 days of the judging and will be published in the next Kenwood KClub newsletter.
 The prizes will be delivered to the winners by Monday 14th February 2011 at the address provided on the entry form. Delivery only within Australia.
 The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
 If a prize is unclaimed after 8 weeks the Promoter will award the prize to the next most creative entry, as judged by the Promoter. Any second-chance winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the judging, and the prize delivered to the address of the entry form within 6 weeks.
 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with this promotion or as a result of accepting or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 All tax liabilities and other costs associated with or arising from winning the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
 The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for late entries or entries not received for any reason.
 All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant by calling De'Longhi Australia on 1800 126 659. Entrants can update their own details by logging in to the members section of the KClub on the Kenwood Australia website: www.kenwood-australia.com
