2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of
the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Promotion commences 16/11/10. Entries close 12pm EST on 31/01/11. This is a game of
skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually
judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
4. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will win a 2 night weekend stay at Park Regis
Anchorage in a Two Bedroom Apartment, 2 day weekend car hire with Avis and 2 adult and 3
children passes to Reef HQ. Unless otherwise stipulated, all other costs that are associated
with redeeming the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
5. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
6. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. The prize must be redeemed before 30/06/11 and is subject to availability, must be booked
at a Leisure Inn or Park Regis Hotel and must be booked at least 7 days prior to travel.
9. To book, the winner must follow the instructions of the delivered prize certificate.
10. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or
guardian.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
