KNORR INSTANT WIN & LUCKY DRAW PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS (NSW)


1.      Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by each entrant.

2.      To enter the promotion, eligible entrant must purchase specific Knorr product imported by Ettason from participating retail outlets during the promotional period. Upon each purchase of Knorr, consumer will be given an instant win scratch card.

3.      Scratch the panel on the card to reveal the result. The result consists of two parts:

3.1.  If a winning message is found, the consumer can then redeem the instant prize at the retail outlet accordingly. Scratch cards are valid until 11th February 2011. Redemption period ends 18th February 2011. The prize structure is shown as below table:

3.2.  Other than the winning message, a message will be found stating ‘Thank you for your participation. Please fill in your personal details at back and post this card back to Ettason Sydney Office to enter the second tier lucky draw’. The participants must then fully complete and send the entry card by 18th February 2011 to PO Box 267, Chester Hill NSW 2162 and stating ‘Knorr Lucky Draw’ on the envelope. The grand prize for the second tier lucky draw is one (1) carat diamond.

4.      A total of 5001 winners will receive prizes with total value up to AU$24,530.00 (Recommended Retail Price including GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes.

5.      Entry into the promotion is only open to Australian residents. Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

6.      The promotion commences on 1st July 2010 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 11th February 2011 at 23:59 (EST).

7.      The prize will be drawn at 11:00 (EST) on 24th February 2011 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw.

8.      The name of winner will be published in the Sing Tao Daily Newspaper and the Australian on 26th February 2011.

9.      The name of winner will be published on the promoter’s website: www.ettason.com.au from 25th February 2011 to 3rd June 2011.

10. The promoter will notify the winner in writing and by telephone. Winner must claim the prize before 3rd June, 2011.

11. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to produce appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winner’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, their prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute will be offered.

12. If due to a printing, production, typographical, human or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in the official terms and conditions, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received. In no event will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

13. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. In the case of a dispute the decision of the promoter will be final.

14.  In the event where the winner cannot be contacted, or if prizes are not claimed within 3 months after the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11:00 (EST) on 9th June 2011 at 2A Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The winner will be notified in writing, and the name of winner will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Australian on 11th June 2011.

15. Only original instant win scratch cards are accepted. Photocopies of instant win scratch card are not acceptable.

16. All the information provided by consumers will be kept by Ettason Pty Ltd for marketing purpose only.
