Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of tour for two (2) adults for either: (i) a Lake Laberge to Carmacks tour (an eight 8 day guided canoe tour on the Yukon river (The Classic Yukon River Tour); OR (ii) a Trekking Chilkoot Trail Tour (a seven (7) day guided trekking tour on Chilkoot Trail (Stampeders Route). Either tour is valued at up to AUD$10,000 depending on date and point of departure. Either Tour will include return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Whitehorse, Canada; return airport to Whitehorse transfers; and one (1) night minimum 3 star hotel twin share accommodation in Whitehorse (pre tour).;. Paddy Pallin will pass winners details to the Canadian Tourism Commission and Yukon Tourism and a booking form must be completed and signed by the winner and travelling companion acknowledging the terms and conditions of the their participation. Total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$10,000. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services or redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize winner must be fit for travel as indicated by a fitness form signed by a certified physician. The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time. Unless otherwise provided, if the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or the portion of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.
