The curtain has been drawn on entries for the Living Australian Online Photography competition, but there is still a chance for you to reap some rewards.

We need your help to determine the winner of the Cumberland Courier People’s Choice Award.

All you have to do is view the 20 finalists and vote for your favourite photo

Not only will you be supporting local photographers and their love of Australia, but you’ll be in the draw to win a slew of great prizes with a total value of $5691.

Prizes include a meal at one of the Dockside Group’s restaurants on Sydney Harbour; a family unlimited adventure pass providing unlimited access to Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World, Sydney Tower and Oceanworld Manly that is valid until June 30, 2011; a family pass to IMAX Sydney; a Captain Cook Cruises Top Deck family luncheon pass which offers million-dollar views, first-class dining and service; and a Canon EOS 500D camera to showcase your snap-happy skills.

Australia Day 2011- Living Australian People’s Choice Awards

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 09.01am AEDST 13 December 2010 and closes 4.59pm AEDST on 13 January 2011.

4. To enter, log on to your local Cumberland Courier Newspaper website, follow the prompts and register your details and vote for your favorite photograph. One entry per person only.

5. There are three (3) prize packs to be won, each prize pack includes one of each of the following:
• Family Unlimited Adventure Pass
• EOS 500D DSLR Body camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens
• $350 Restaurant Voucher for Dockside Group
• Captain Cook Cruises Top Deck Luncheon Pass
• IMAX Theatre Family Pass

6. The competition will be drawn at 10am AEST on Thursday 13 January 2011.
7. This is a promotion based on chance, with 3 winners picked at random. Winners will be notified by phone. The judge’s decision is final.
8. The winners will be announced in 19 Cumberland Courier newspapers during the week commencing 17 January 2011.
9. All competitions are conducted at 142-154 Macquarie St, Parramatta, NSW 2150.
10. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $5 691.00 AUD only.
11. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner
12. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within 3 months of draw date.  Where prize is a voucher, the terms and conditions, including expiry dates, of that voucher apply.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. Any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
