Terms & Conditions

This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by The Defectors <Level 3, 145 William St. Darlinghurst, NSW 2010, ABN: 22140475798, +61 2 9993 0450> on behalf of DCK Australia PTY LTD < 11/9-13 Winbourne Rd, Winbourne Estate, Brookvale 2100 Australia. ABN: 40 101 872 888, +61 2 9032 7000> (“the Promoter”).

Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, participants must visit the following website URL http://www.facebook.com/divafanpage and click the “Contests” tab/link.

Fill out the form and submit a photo of you being a diva in your PJs.

Share this photo on your Facebook wall.

Friends must click on the link on your wall that takes them to the competition page.

Friends can then vote for your photo. Friends can vote on each photo once per day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open to anyone, except employees and immediate families of diva Accessories and their associated companies and agents.

2. Participants may enter the competition each day providing that each entry is unique.

3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash

4. The promotion commences at 17:00hrs (AEST) on 15/12/10 and closes at 09:00am (AEST) on 23/12/10. The competition winners will be judged by 23/12/10.

5. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

6. The photo with the most “likes” on the diva Facebook page will win.

7. The winner selected from the top ten will be judged based on creativity and originality. The entry deemed as the best by the judges each day will win the major prize.

8. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The judges reserve the right to disqualify entries, should the content violate the terms and conditions (e.g. offensive content)

10. The winners will be contacted by the Di Va Facebook profile (www.facebook.com/divaofficial)

11. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.

12. Total Prize Pool value = $50.00. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Please allow 30 days for delivery of the Prize Pack.

13. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

14. By entering the competition and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to at any time delete any content that in sole judgment violates the terms & conditions or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.

16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
