Terms and Conditions

1. METHOD OF ENTRY This is a game of chance. Each day, starting Sunday December 12, 2010, the NT News will print a different prize for the 12 Days of Christmas and will include a codeword for that prize. Readers must SMS the codeword (exactly as it appears), their name, address and their best contact phone number to 197 197 66. SMS cost 55cents including GST. Entry will be open until the time specified on each day’s advertisement.

2. NATURE OF THE PRIZES There are 12 prizes on offer, one for each day. They are: Day 1- $100 Char Restaurant voucher, Day 2- $100 Chemist Warehouse voucher, Day 3- 3x CMax Family passes, Day 4- a hamper from Four Birds, Day 5- a ham from Parap Fine Foods, Day 6- $200 voucher from AttitudeX, Day 7- SkyCity Indollargence package including breakfast for 2, Day 8- Radiance package from Elle Bache, Day 9- a His or Hers gift pack from All Tools, Day 10- $500 voucher from Casuarina Square, Day 11- a Shimano fishing pack and Day 12- a $1500 pearl from Pearl Galleria.

3. PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW All draws will take place at the NT News offices, 1 Printers Place, Darwin NT 0800. The draws will all take place at 10am as follows: Day 1 on 14/12/10, Day 2 on 15/12/10, Day 3 on 16/12/10, Day 4 on 17/12/10, Day 5,6 & 7 on 20/12/10, Day 8 on 21/12/10, Day 9 on 22/12/10, Day 10 on 23/12/10 and Day 11 and 12 on 24/12/10.

4. PRIZE PROVIDER All prizes are courtesy of NT News, Char, Chemist Warehouse, CMax, Four Birds, Parap Fine Foods, AttitudeX, SkyCity, Ella Bache, All Tools, GPT Casuarina Square, Shimano and the Pearl Galleria.

5. TO CLAIM PRIZE The winner acknowledges that Nationwide News Pty Ltd – NT Division and its employees and officers have no liability or responsibility in relation to any loss or damage which the winner may suffer in relation to or in the course of participating in the prize. On each occasion the winner must make their own arrangements to/from the NT News office – no associated costs are included as part of this prize. Photo identification will be required to collect the prize.

6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Employees of Nationwide News Pty Limited – NT Division, their families and associated companies with this promotion are ineligible to enter. You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition. Prize/s are not transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or miss-directed entries. Entry into the promotion deems consent to use prize winners’ names and photographs for any promotional purposes in any media platform including on the internet. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those that form part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
