HOW TO ENTER
All customers who spend $500 or more at Bing Lee from Thursday 2 December until Thursday 23 December 2010 are eligible to enter. Entrants are automatically entered into a draw to win.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry.

Entry is only open to New South Wales and ACT residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. This promotion excludes Asko, Miele and online purchases.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

Promotion commences 2/12/2010 and concludes 5pm EST on 23/12/2010. The draw will take place at Level 1, 702 Woodville Rd, Guildford NSW 2161 on Friday 24 December 2010 at 9.30am EST. Winners will be notified by mail and telephone and their name will be published on the Bing Lee website www.binglee.com.au on Friday 24 December 2010. Should the prize remain unclaimed or the winner remain uncontactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of draw, a redraw will be conducted at the original draw location 24/03/2011 at 9:30am EST. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Total value of potential Bing Lee prize pool is $19,800.00. The prize includes return economy class airfares for 2 adults and 2 children (11 years and under), taxes and fees, return private transfers from Los Angeles Airport to accommodation, 4.5 star Renaissance Hollywood Hotel for 7 nights and return private transfers from Los Angeles hotel to Dreamworks Studios (1000 Flower St, Glendale). Prizes, including any unused portions, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they apply for any required Visas, travel insurance and appropriate vaccinations before leaving Australia. Spending money is also the responsibility of the winners.

Travel must be completed by 31 December 2011. Flight times and airlines shall be confirmed at the discretion of the accredited travel agent and are based on travelling ex Sydney. Airfares are based on the children being 11 years and under at completion of travel. If the children are older, they may travel but prize winner will be responsible for paying the fare difference. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide first and last names as per photo ID for the accommodation and flights. Prize winners are responsible for obtaining the correct documentation for travel including passports and visas if needed. Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly are not responsible for prize winners being denied entry to the USA. Travel insurance highly recommended and not included in prize. Accommodation is based on 1 room with 2 double beds. All inclusions are non-transferrable and once tickets issued any changes will incur fees, payable by the prize winner. Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly cannot accept any responsibility for any cancellation of, rescheduling of or changes to the any component of the prize or for the acts, omissions or errors of those over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly does not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) or additional expense incurred or sustained by the prize winner arising out of or as a consequence, whether direct or indirect, of any of the entertainment services in connection with this package provided by Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly. The prize winner is fully responsible for its own conduct and the conduct of those attending the event as guests of the client and will be liable for any damage or loss caused by such conduct, and indemnifies and holds harmless Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly against any and all liability for loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) incurred or sustained by Bing Lee and Harvey World Travel Manly as a result of any act or omission of the client and its guests. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory Lotteries Department and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
