Dark Side of Tanning campaign joins up with Golden Plains to offer sun savvy music fans free tickets to the epic music festival that takes place 12-14 March 2011. The competition will be judged on Wednesday 2 March 2011 and we’ll be in touch with the winner then.

Game of Skill Terms and Conditions for Win two tickets to Golden Plains Festival
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to Victorian residents only aged 10 years and over. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian to the festival if they are drawn as a winner.
To enter, participants must answer the following questions: 'Rate our ad - get involved and tell us what you think about the Dark Side of Tanning campaign' and 'Tell us your tips on how to be SunSmart at Golden Plains this year' by entering online at http://www.sunsmart.com.au and following the page prompts.
The competition commences at 09:00 (EST) on Monday 29 November 2010 and closes at 17:00 (EST) on Friday 25 February 2011 ('Entry Period').
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win the prize.
The entries will be assessed and the final winner decided by a SunSmart panel of judges at Cancer Council Victoria, 100 Drummond Street Carlton VIC 3053 by 5:00 pm (EST) on Wednesday 2 March 2011.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Entrants assign to the Promoter all intellectual property rights in their entry effective on submission of their entry to the Promoter.
The prize includes two tickets to Golden Plains Festival (12-14 March 2011) only. No transport costs will be covered as part of this prize.
The maximum prize value is AUD 598.00. Prize values are the recommended retail value and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring during the Promotional Period. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
The winners will be notified by phone or email using the details submitted in their entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail or for any prizes damaged in transit.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written discretions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The judges' decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way will be excluded from winning a prize. 
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that are, or include, obscene, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, unsuitable, or infringing content as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion will be deemed invalid and are not eligible to win. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will also be deemed invalid and disregarded. 
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. The entry of the winner may also be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter. 
Except for any liability which by law cannot be excluded, each of the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with the Promotion, including as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize. By entering this promotion, entrants agree not to bring any claim or proceeding against either of the Promoters for any damage, loss, injury or liability they may suffer in connection with this promotion or otherwise connected with accepting and performing the prize. 
The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots and interviews. 
Cancer Council Victoria collects your contact email address to include you in this competition. We may use this email to to assist us in improving our campaigns and to contact you in the future in regard to other activities and competitions. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company, which provides prizes for the competition. If you rather we don't contact you, just let us know and we will remove your details from our contacts.
