Sea FM’s Westfield Wish

The following Terms and Conditions apply for “SEA FM’s Westfield Wish” radio promotion to
be run on SEA FM on the Central Coast from Monday 29th November – Thursday 23rd
December 2010.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Sea FM and Southern Cross Media
Australia: GENERAL COMPETITION RULES. Where there is inconsistency, these terms
and conditions will prevail.
Both these terms and conditions and the SEA FM General Contest Rules can be collected at
the SEA FM reception desk at 49 Henry Parry Drive, Gosford, during business hours, and
can be downloaded from the website at theradio.com.au
1. METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter, complete entry form found in the Express Advocate Newspaper each
Wednesday & Friday between 29th November and 23rd December 2010, including;-
contact details, an item, retailer and price and then placed in the barrel at Centre
Court, Westfield Tuggerah.
2. NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZE(s)
- $20,000 worth of Westfield Gift Cards (where Wesfield gift cards are accepted.

- Winners will be drawn 4 times daily and a total of 76 prizes will be drawn
- Each individual prize will be under the value of $1000 in total
3. USE OF PHOTOS etc.
It is a condition of entry that SEA FM has the right to publicise the names, characters,
likenesses or voices of any contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the
competition.
The winner may also be required by SEA FM to participate in a photo session and
acknowledges that SEA FM has the right to use such publicity photos in any
reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises SEA FM at the time of
entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
Contestants also acknowledge that their photo may be used for a promotional display
at the prize provider’s location.
Contestants consent to their entry being read out on air and to their telephone and
other conversations with SEA FM being broadcast on air.
4. INDEMNITY
Entrants agree to release and fully indemnify SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd and
SCM and each of its related bodies corporate (within the meaning of the Corporations
Act 2001 (Cth)), and their respective officers, agents and employees from and
against, all liability, cost, loss, damage or expense arising out of acceptance of any
prize or participation in any Competition including but not limited to claims for
personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential,
foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
5.1 All prize winners will be notified within 24hrs of winning.
6. All prizes are non transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
7. Winners will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to their receipt of
their prize.
8. Employees and their immediate families of SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd are
ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors
and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
9. If any winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, that prize may at the absolute
discretion of SEA FM be awarded to that winner’s parent or guardian.
10. If in the course of a telephone call the telephone line drops out or breaks up SEA FM
may at its absolute discretion proceed to another caller. In such event, SEA FM will
not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the caller whose line dropped out
or broke up.
11. SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd and Southern Cross Media Limited will not be
responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of
any prize is not provided.
12. All winners of all prizes must sign the prize sheet and therefore agrees to these terms
and conditions and the SEA FM General Contest Rules, in a form prescribed by SEA
FM Central Coast Pty Ltd in order to receive their prize.
13. In all matters, all decisions of SEA FM staff will be final and cannot be contested. No
correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
14. The judge’s decision is final.
