$30,000 BigGiveAway Competition Terms and Conditions

   1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
   2. The promotion period begins on 10th November, 2010 at 11.00am and ends on 14th June, 2011 at 11.00 am.
   3. Eligible entrants must complete the membership entry form at www.BigGiveAway.com.au and comply with BGA Terms of Service.
   4. Employees of Empowered Communications and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

      Draw will take place at Empowered Communications, 102 York Street, South Melbourne, 3205. Prize winners name will be published on the website. Winners will be advised via email and in writing and name published in The Australian Newspaper on the dates below.

      There are 60 prizes to be won (10 per prize draw). The first 10 eligible entries drawn each draw will receive the following:

   7. Winners' prize value will be transferred to their nominated bank account.
   8. Total prize value per draw is $5,000. Total prize pool is $30,000.
   9. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 27/09/2011 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required winner will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 4/10/2011.
  10. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes.
