Trip includes yacht charter fee. Flights, provisioning, yacht damage waiver, fuel, taxes and additional expenses while on vacation are not included. In the event of the winner being without a Boat Licence, a Skipper, if required, can be hired for an additional fee. Valid for travel taken before 1st March 2012, excluding holiday weeks: Easter, Christmas, New Year. Upgrades to a larger boat, excluding catamarans, may be available for an additional fee. Prize is not transferable, cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount or special offer, may not be used for other Sunsail products, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No extensions or exceptions will be made. You must present original signed coupon at time of booking to redeem your Sunsail Sailing Vacation. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. * All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such editorial and photographs in all media worldwide, and as such the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 16. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion are governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue). 17. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in. 18. The prize package(s) will be delivered within 28 days of the draw.
