Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the Starlight Children’s Foundation and Hayman Competition you must be:
a. An Australian resident.
b. 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the
Starlight Children’s Foundation or Hayman Great Barrier Reef.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you would like to enter the competition you may enter via the website on the applicable
competition page at www.starlight.org.au.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not
received for any reason.
7. The competition is a game of chance running from 13/12/2010 and closing on 28/1/2011 and
the winner will be drawn from a barrel on Wednesday 2 February 2011.
8. The competition winner will be notified by phone and email. By entering the competition the
winner agrees to participate in some promotional activity as required by the Starlight
Children’s Foundation.
9. The prize can be redeemed for a period of 6 months from 1/2/2011 to 30/7/2011.
Reservations are subject to availability and exclude major holiday periods and Festive
seasons. Not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any additional charges must be
settled prior to departure.
10. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
11. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
12. This competition is being run by the Starlight Children’s Foundation of Level 3, 80 Chandos
Street, St Leonards, NSW, 2065.
13. Please read Starlight’s Privacy Policy which tells you how we may use any personal
information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

No appears not - nothing in T&C about flights, just three nights accommodation.   :D
