The offer is only valid for person(s) who have submitted to Griffith University Village between 12:00am on 01 December 2010 and 5:00pm on 15 February 2011, a valid signed residential agreement for 2010 and all associated documents and fees. 4. The prize cannot be claimed as cash. 5. Entrants may be disqualified at any time in the event of any non-compliance with these conditions of entry. 6. The promotion is open to individuals only. 7. Individuals can submit one entry only. 8. A parent or legal guardian must give consent for each entrant who is under 18 years of age at the time of submission. 9.
