Create your own Smiggle scene and win



Top tips for creating an amazing Smigglescape:

You can enter more than one Smigglescape but be sure you only upload each entry ONCE
Your Smigglescape could look like a city, town, landmark, building or event – let your imagination run wild!
Think about how you're going to showcase your entry – will you take a photo with a bird's eye view or perhaps at ground level?
Create an atmosphere for your scene – is it daytime under a blazing sun or set underneath sparkling stars?
Your Smigglescape should include at least one Smiggle product but the more the merrier!
Some examples of entries we won't accept are: family photos, individual photos, photos of your pets (unless of course they are the giants attacking your Smigglescape!) and copyrighted artwork or graphics (that means anything you didn't create yourself)

Smiggle Photo Competition - Terms and Conditions
By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.

1) Conditions of entry
Entry to the Smiggle Smigglescapes Competition is open to current members of Smiggle Colour Crews only. Smiggle employees and contractors are not eligible to enter.

2) Start and finish dates
Entry to the Smiggle Smigglescapes Competition commences at 9:00am (Melbourne time) on Thursday 23rd December 2010 and closes at 9:00am on Monday 31st January 2011 (Melbourne time) ('Entry Period').

3) How to enter
Entrants must create a Smigglescapes following the guidelines on the submit entry page of the website, fill in the entry form, follow the prompts, and submit their entry to the website www.smiggle.com. Entries must be received by Smiggle during the Entry Period to be valid.

4) Prizes
There are 5 Smigglescapes major prize packs to be won, valued at $AU420.30 each. Each prize pack includes the following items:

•2 x egg clock $19.95ea
•2 x V flexilight $24.95ea
•2 x popz pencil cases $16.95ea
•1 x B2s ruler $2.95
•1 x B2S A6 ebook $1.95
•1 x pack of 8 small bulldog clips $2.95
•4 x booklight worm $9.95 ea
•2 x 12 pack thin pencils $9.95ea
•1 x B2S jotter $9.95
•6 x A4 weekly diary $19.95 ea
•2 x keyrings $3.95 ea
•34 x pig eraser $1.50 ea
•24 x sheep eraser $1.50 ea
•3 x soccer ball eraser $1.50 ea
Colours of each item are as per stock availability and winners are unable to select their preference.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be mailed to the winners at the address supplied on their Smiggle registration form.

Entries submitted by all prize winners may also be published on the Smiggle website along with the display name and colour crew of the winner.

5) Awards
Entrants to the Smiggle Smigglescapes Competition are eligible to receive the awards described on the competition page and awards page of the Smiggle Colour Crews website. There are awards for individuals and for crews. Winners of awards will have an icon added to their profile page at the end of the competition.

6) Selection of prize winners and award winners
Smiggle will select the prize winners and award winners in Smiggle's absolute discretion based on the creative merit of the entries. In selecting the winners, Smiggle will take into consideration the number of votes received by each entry from other Colour Crew members. Smiggle will select the prize winners on Monday 31st January 2011. Smiggle's decision regarding the prize winners is final, and Smiggle will not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome.

7) Voting
Voting is permitted between 9:00am (Melbourne time) on Thursday 23rd December 2010 and Sunday 30th January 2011 at 11:59pm. All Colour Crew members are entitled to vote on every submission once only.

8) Rights in entries
Entrants must own all rights (including without limitation copyright) in the entry submitted to the Smiggle Smigglescapes Competition. Entries must be free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. By submitting the entry, entrants grant to Smiggle a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish the entry on the Smiggle website and in Smiggle promotional material throughout the world.

9) Notification of prize winners
Prize winners will be notified by telephone (if they have provided their telephone number when registering), otherwise by email. Prize winners' display name will also be published on the Smiggle website.

If any prize winner selected by Smiggle is ineligible to receive a prize, or forfeits the prize, Smiggle may select a new winner in Smiggle's discretion.

10) Unsuitable entries
Smiggle reserves the right to disqualify from the competition any entry which in the sole opinion of Smiggle includes content which is not suitable for publication on the Smiggle website.

11) Liability
Smiggle assumes no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in the operation of the Smiggle website and/or the Smiggle Smigglescapes Competition. If for any reason the competition is not capable of being run as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Smiggle, Smiggle may modify, suspend or terminate the competition.

12) Privacy
Smiggle may collect and use personal information submitted with each entry for the purpose of running the competition, contacting winners, and sending prizes. Personal information may be provided to third party organisations who assist in maintaining the Smiggle website and/or running the competition. If entrants do no provide the required personal information they will be ineligible to participate in the competition. To update your personal information, you can login to your profile and do it yourself or contact the Smiggle Privacy Officer on 1800 333 232 or email privacyofficer@jjh.com.au

13) Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts in relation to any disputes arising under these terms and conditions.

14) Promoter
The promoter of the competition is Smiggle Pty Ltd (ABN 53 100 379 226) of 658 Church St, Richmond, Victoria 3121.
