TERMS AND CONDITIONS Entry Entry will be conducted by clicking on the 2011 US Golf Open Promotional Draw Date The Draw will take place at Power Golf, 48 O' Riordan Street, Alexandria at 6.00PM on Thursday 14-Apr-11 Closing Date Enrties Close on Monday 11 April, 2011 at 6.00PM CONDITIONS OF ENRTY 1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the promotor and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 3. The promotion commences on Thursday 11 November, 2010. Entries close on 11 April, 2011 at 6PM. All entries during the promotional period will go into a draw to be conducted by the promotor in the presence of an independent person on Thursday 14 April, 2011 at 6 PM at Power Golf 48 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria. NSW 2015. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The prize winner will be notified by phone on the day of the applicable draw and an email will be sent to the email address entered by the winner. The winner will also appear on the Power Golf Website-www.powergolf.com.au 5. The winner will receive a trip to the 2011 US Open Golf Tournament to be played at the Congressional Country Club, Bethesda. Washington DC. Details of the prize are listed above. 6. Eligibility: All entries must include Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number and Sales Receipt Number. One entry into the competition can be made for every receipt issued. 7. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and may be used by the promotor for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The winner agrees to be photographed and for their photograph to be included in the promoters promotional activity. 8. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winners parents or guardian. Proof of being the parent 9. The winners will be responsible to arrange their own visas to the United States should they be required. 10. The winners will need to take out their own travel insurance. The promotor recommends that a travel insurance policy be taken out that provides sufficient cover, such cover to be determined at the winners discretion 11. The promotor reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency in order to claim the prize.
