Kids have a chance to win a visit to their local MILO in2CRICKET Centre from Australian cricket captain Ricky Ponting plus heaps of other great prizes by entering the Run Ricky Run MILO in2CRICKET Colouring-In Competition! The Ponting Foundation has teamed up with Cricket Australia's MILO in2CRICKET program to promote this exciting competition that was launched today. Open to all currently registered MILO in2CRICKET participants for the 2010/11 season, the competition is easy to enter and fun to complete. SImply colour in the template attached below and then describe in 25 words or less why you would like Ricky Ponting to visit your local MILO in2CRICKET Centre. Run Ricky Run is a fundraising initiative of the Ponting Foundation that is totally dedicated to raising funds to support children affected by cancer and their families. Australia-Wide Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry for the "2010/11 Run Ricky Run MILO in2CRICKET Colouring-In Competition” 1. Information on how to enter the Competition and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions. 2. The Competition promoters are Ponting Foundation Limited, ABN 60 479 686 852, of Level 4, 210 Albert Road, South Melbourne Victoria 3205, and Cricket Australia, ABN 53 006 089 130, of 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, Victoria 3002 (together known as the ‘Promoter’). 3. Entry to the Competition is open to children who are registered participants in the MILO in2CRICKET program for the 2010/11 season (‘Eligible Entrants’). Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. 4. The Competition commences at 9.00am EDT on Thursday 1 December 2010 and closes at 12.00pm EDT on Wednesday 26 January 2011 (‘Competition Period’). 5. To enter, an Eligible Entrant complete the Competition flyer sent electronically to the MILO in2CRICKET registered participant database on Thursday 1 December 2010 by colouring in the Run Ricky Run logo and describing, in 25 words or less, the reason why they would like Ricky Ponting to visit their local MILO in2CRICKET Centre. 6. Entries must be returned by post addressed to ‘Run Ricky Run Colouring-In Competition, Cricket Australia Offices at 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, VIC 3002’ during the Competition Period. Only one entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted. There is no entry fee for the Competition. 7. There will be one national winner of the Competition (‘Major Prize Winner’). The Major Prize Winner will be selected from the eight state and territory winners (each, a Minor Prize Winner’) determined by the Panel. Each Minor Prize Winner will an Eligible Entrant of a state or territory who is judged to have submitted the most creative entry for their respective state or territory. The Major Prize winner will be the Eligible Entrant judged to have submitted the most creative entry. 8. State/Territory eligibility is determined by the location of the MILO in2CRICKET centre attended, not the residential address of the Eligible Entrant. 9. All winners will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. 10. Winners will be judged at 12pm on Thursday 27 January 2011 at 60 Jolimont Street Jolimont VIC 3002. 11. The parent/guardian of each individual winner and the winning MILO in2CRICKET Centre will be notified by telephone on Friday 28 January 2011. 12. If the prize is not claimed within four working days of the date on which the original winners are notified (as set out in paragraph 12 above), the Promoter will make a further determination of the winner(s), using the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, at 12pm on Thursday 3 February 2011 at 60 Jolimont Street Jolimont VIC 3002. 13. The winner(s) of any subsequent prize determination (in accordance with paragraph 13) will be notified by telephone on Friday 4 February 2011. The name of the winner(s) will be reproduced on the Ponting Foundation’s official website (www.pontingfoundation.com.au) and Cricket Australia’s MILO in2CRICKET website (www.in2CRICKET.com.au). 14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of entry or if, in the opinion of the Promoter, an Eligible Entrant tampers or interferes with any entry mechanism in any way. 15. The Major Prize Winner will win a visit from Ricky Ponting to the MILO in2CRICKET Centre of the Eligible Entrant, at a time to be mutually agreed to between the Major Prize Winner’s MILO in2CRICKET Centre, the Major Prize Winner and the Promoter. 16. Each State/Territory Minor Prize Winner will receive a MILO in2CRICKET Promotional Equipment prize pack, the contents of which will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter. The Minor Prize Winner will also receive a signed mini bat and Run Ricky Run Poster, plus a Rexona Rocket Ball. 17. The Competition prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 18. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition and, in particular the selection of winners, is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize(s). The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize. 20. By participating in this Competition, Eligible Entrants (and their guardians / parents) understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by them in relation to this Competition for the purpose of conducting this Competition. |
