Terms and Conditions Tooheys Extra Dry’s Big Day Out Shout

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences at 15.00 EDT on 23/12/10 and closes at 15.00 EDT on 03/01/11 (“Entry Period”).

4. To enter, send an email to promo@tooheysextradry.com.au including your mobile phone number and email address, and provide a response in 25 words or less to the question "which BDO act would you most like to perform at your house party and why?".

5. You may enter this competition only once. If you enter more than once only your first entry will be considered. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after 03/01/11 will not be accepted.  

6. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The 10 best entries, as determined by the judges, will receive the prize.

7. Judging will take place at 15:00 EDT on 04/01/11 at LEVEL 7 68 YORK STREET SYDNEY, NSW 2000. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Holler Sydney and Lion Nathan.

8. Prize consists of 1 double pass to the 2011 Big Day Out. Festival tickets won will be for the winner’s nearest Big Day Out Music Festival, based on information submitted upon entry, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion –either Gold Coast – Sun 23 Jan, Sydney – Wed 26 Jan or Thu 27 Jan, Melbourne – Sun 30 Jan, Adelaide – Fri 4 Feb or Perth – Sun 6 Feb. Individual prize value RRP $320.00. Total prize value RRP $3200.00. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, travel, transfers, accommodation, meals and drinks, taxes (excluding GST) and any and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and all guests must be over 18 years of age. The Promoter and the event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and his/her companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

9. The winner will be notified on 05/01/11 by phone and email and will have 5 days to respond. If the prize is not claimed within the time frame, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry.
