Online Travel Competition
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Get Wines Direct, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Overall promotional period commences on Wednesday 5th January 2011 at 09:00am AEDST and closes on Thursday 31st March 2011 at 10:00am AEDST ("Promotional Period").

Entry is limited to one entry per valid email address.

Only one travel voucher per winner.

Current Get Wines Direct subscribers may enter as long as they enter through The Herald Sun link on the Get Wines Direct website www.getwinesdirect.com/promotionholiday

All orders to receive the free French Sparkling must be made through The Herald Sun link on the Get Wines Direct website www.getwinesdirect.com/promotionholiday

Entries can only be made via the competition link on our website, walk ins, phone orders or normal web orders placed will not be valid for this promotion.

Decisions are final and may not be challenged in any jurisdiction for any reason whatsoever. The winner will be selected at random. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the competition draw, a re-draw will occur.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Get Wines Direct will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

By entering this competition you allow your email address to be used for Get Wines Direct marketing purposes.

By accepting the travel vouchers, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name, suburb and state of residence and/or details included in submissions for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Get Wines Direct may deem appropriate.

Get Wines Direct reserves the right to reschedule, withdraw or terminate this contest or any component herein at any time without prior notice or explanation and without further obligation.

Get Wines Direct responsibility will end at the presentation of voucher to the winner. It is then the responsibility of the winner and Flight Center to arrange travel.
