Everyday Rewards BIG W Mirrabooka Car Giveaway (the "Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Entries are open to all BIG W customers who shop at BIG W Mirrabooka (WA) store and have Registered for the Everyday Rewards Program at everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”) or by telephoning the Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 (the “Call Centre”).

These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed in store on the noticeboard at the Courtesy Desk of the BIG W Mirrabooka (WA) store at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
a) Card means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday Rewards Program
b) Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
c) BIG W Mirrabooka Store means the BIG W store located at Yirrigan Drive, Turana WA 6061.
d) Promotion means the Everyday Rewards promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
e) Promotion Period means08:30 AEDST 06/12/2010 to 23:59 AEDST 31/12/2010.
f) Eligible Purchases means any transaction of $50 or more from the BIG W Mirrabooka Store during the Promotion Period. One entry will be recorded for each qualifying purchase transaction; a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day
g) Promoter Woolworths Limited ABN 88000014675 of 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista, NSW, 2153
h) Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.

i) Everyday Rewards website means the website found at www.everydayrewards,com.au
4. The Promotion commences 08:30 AEDST on Monday 6 December 2010 & entries close 23:59 AEDST on Friday 31 December 2010. (“Promotion Period”).
5. To enter the Promotion, spend $50 or more in a single transaction from the BIG W Mirrabooka store and scan your Everyday Rewards card prior to finalising the transaction. (“Eligible Purchases”). One entry will be recorded for each purchase transaction; a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day
6. Entries in the prize draw will be awarded on the following basis:
a) One entry in the prize draw will be awarded to every valid transaction registered by the Promoter.
7. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will void all Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with an Eligible Purchase, or for otherwise submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
9. Prize winners will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The prize draw will take place at 12 noon AEDST on Wednesday 12 January 2011. The prize draw will take place at Salmat Interactive, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060
10. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prize winner will be contacted by phone and/or in writing If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
11. The Prize is a Hyundai i20 1.4L 3 Door Active Manual in Sparkle Blue colour valued at $15,990recommended retail price (“RRP”). Prize includes: all on-road costs, registration, compulsory 3rd party insurance and dealer delivery costs. Any additional costs including comprehensive insurance and additional optional extras are the responsibility of the

winner. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Collection of the prize is the responsibility of the winner and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for availability of their prize. The promoter will negotiate a date and time suitable for collection of the prize. The promoter will advise the location within Western Australia that the vehicle will need to be collected from.
12. The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties.
13. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
14. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary subject to regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on Wednesday 13 April, 2011 at Salmat Interactive, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. If in the case of an unclaimed prize draw the winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing.
15 If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
16 Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
17 Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
18 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
19 The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating

to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
20 The Promoter may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the promotion or Everyday Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial, postcode and BIG W Mirrabooka store location. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at the Website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the Promoter in writing at Everyday Rewards, PO Box 8000, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.
21 Each mail entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Woolworths Ltd privacy policy which can be at www.woolworths.com.au/AboutUs/PrivacyPolicy.
22 In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
