Yoo-hoo TV buffs! Fancy a DVD comedy marathon over the silly season? Your wish is granted. Thanks to Roadshow Home Entertainment, we’re giving away five DVD prize packs worth $90 each – each with Season 1, 2 and 3 of the ABC’s hilarious show The Librarians! Oh boy.
Fans will know the show for its po-faced star Frances O’Brien (Robyn Butler), a devout Catholic and panic merchant who runs a tight ship as Head Librarian at the Middleton Interactive Learning Centre. She’s in charge, but that doesn’t mean much. A talented Aussie cast (and some surprising cameos) appear in the program, including Frances’ sexy ex-best friend Christine Grimwood (Roz Hammond), who’s hired as the children’s librarian and seems to exist solely to aggravate Frances. Through the seasons, Frances is forced to deal with one disaster after another, including her shaky marriage to Terry (Wayne Hope), colleagues trying to steal her thunder, and, in Season 3, the arrival of her dementia-suffering mother Pearl (Victoria Eagger). Even if you haven’t watched it, enter the comp – it’s a brilliant sitcom you can’t help but love!

How to win: We have five DVD packs worth $90 each to give away, each with Season 1, 2, and 3 of The Librarians.

To enter, simply tell us what books you’d like to read over the Xmas break (or the books you hope Santa will give you) and you’ll automatically go into the draw!
