Terms and Conditions of Entry – Sydney Attractions Group, LEGO ON THE LOOSE
Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for the Nickelodeon
and Sydney Attractions Group, LEGO ON THE LOOSE Competition (“the
Competition”).

2. There is one method of entry for this Competition: Online

3. To enter, entrants must:
a. log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)  and either:
i. Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following
information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of
birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other
optional information; or
ii. If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required
to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the Competition.
b. Once logged on, answer in 25 words or less the following question:
If you were ‘ON THE LOOSE’ at Sydney Wildlife World & Sydney Aquarium,
which animal would you choose to visit first and why?”

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of the
Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, including without limitation
Nintendo, are ineligible to enter.

5. The Promoter at its absolute discretion may require photographic identification
including proof of age before awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable is
at the discretion of the Promoter.

6. The Competition commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on Monday, 20
th
December 2010 and entries close at 11:59pm (AEDST) on Saturday, 29th January 2011.

7. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter. Entries are deemed
to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Competition database
and NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
8. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
9. The Competition will be judged on Monday, 31st
January 2011.

10. The Competition is a game of skill and the ten (10) most creative entries as selected
by the judges after consideration will be deemed the major prize winners (“Major
Prize Winners”).
11. The judging will be held at the Promoter’s offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde,
NSW 2113.

12. The ten (10) Major Prize Winners will each win one (1) Sydney Attractions Group,
LEGO ON THE LOOSE prize pack, which includes:
 1 x Family Explore4 Pass (2 adults and 2 children), which includes entry to
the LEGO exhibition ON THE LOOSE at Sydney Aquarium and Sydney
Wildlife World as well as entry to Sydney Tower and Oceanworld Manly
(valued at RRP $159.96)
 1 x double general admission movie pass for Event Cinemas (valued at RRP
$35); and
