Terms and Conditions of Entry – Warner Bros Theme Parks Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for the Nickelodeon
and Warner Bros Them Parks Competition (“the Competition”).

2. There is one method of entry for this Competition: Online

3. To enter, entrants must:
a. log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)  and either:
i. Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following
information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of
birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other
optional information; or
ii. If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required
to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the Competition.
b. Once logged on, answer in 25 words or less the following question:
What would you like Rico to regurgitate to help you out of a sticky
situation?

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of the
Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, including without limitation
Warner Bros Theme Parks, are ineligible to enter.

5. The Promoter at its absolute discretion may require photographic identification
including proof of age before awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable is
at the discretion of the Promoter.

6. The Competition commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on Wednesday, 22nd December
2010 and entries close at 11:59pm (AEDST) on Sunday, 16th
January 2011.
7. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter. Entries are deemed
to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Competition database
and NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
8. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
9. The Competition will be judged on Monday, 17th
January 2011.

10. The Competition is a game of skill and the ten (10) most creative entries as selected
by the judges after consideration will be deemed the major prize winners (“Major
Prize Winners”). The next ten (10) most creative entries will be deemed the runners
up (“Runners Up”).
11. The judging will be held at the Promoter’s offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde,
NSW 2113.

12. The ten (10) Major Prize Winners will each win one (1) major prize pack consisting of:
-2 x Warner Bros Theme Parks VIP Passes (valid until 30th
June 2011), valued at
RRP $199.98
-1 x Family Movie Pass (2 adults & 2 children) to Village Cinemas (valid until 31
December 2011), valued at RRP $57.00
-1 x DVD of “Cats & Dogs”, valued at RRP $29.95
The total prize value of each Major prize pack is $286.93
