EAS_Burlesque In Burlesque, award-winning musical powerhouse Christina Aguilera plays Ali, a small-town girl who follows her dream to Los Angeles and finds work in an ailing theatre owned by Tess, played by entertainment icon and Academy Award-Winner Cher. On her way toward stage success, Ali is helped by a sharp-witted stage manager (Stanley Tucci) and fabulous host (Alan Cumming), finds a friend (Julianne Hough) and a jealous enemy (Kristen Bell), falls for a bartender (Cam Gigandet from Twilight) and receives an enticing proposal from a charismatic stranger. Burlesque is a fun, fascinating and fabulous celebration of glamour and excitement and is in cinemas from January 13. BURLESQUE VIP COMPETITION (‘Competition’) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1) Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 2) This Competition is being run at Eastlands Shopping Centre, Bligh Street Rosny Park TAS 7018 Telephone 03 6244 5222 (the 'Centre') during the Promotional Period. 3) The Competition commences at 9am on 4th January 2011 and concludes at 6.00pm EAST on 11th January 2011 during the Centre’s usual trading hours (‘Promotional Period’). 4) The promoter of this Competition is Colonial First State Property Management Pty Ltd (ACN 101 504 045) as disclosed agent for the owners of the Centre at Corporate Office, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone Victoria 3148 Telephone: 03 9936 1222 ('Promoter'). 5) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. 6) Entrants must be 15 years of age or over, and be an Eastlands VIP member. To become a member, entrants will need to visit the Centre’s website www.eastlandsshopping.com.au (‘Centre’s Website’) to join. 7) People may enter the Competition by reserving their double pass online at the Centre’s Website during the Promotional Period. The first 120 VIP members to reserve their double pass will be able to attend the VIP event. 8) Only one entry may be submitted per person during the Promotional Period. 9) The prize consists of one double pass (2 seats) to a preview screening of Burlesque at Village Cinemas on Wednesday 12th January at 6.30pm. Only 120 double passes on offer. (‘the Prize’). 10) The winners of the Competition will receive an email on completion of reserving their tickets and will need to present this email (ticket) on the night of the event with their photo identification. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. 11) The winners of the Prize will be notified by email immediately after reserving their tickets online. 12) The Prize is only valid on the night of the event, Wednesday 12th January 2011. Failure to redeem the Prize within this timeframe will result in it being forfeited. 13) Unless otherwise specified, prizes or any unused portion of a prize, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 14) If any part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize equal to the value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 15) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. An entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 16) If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority. 17) The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into. 18) It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters in the Centre(s) or otherwise. 19) By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable. Privacy Statement: By entering the Competition, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may: • use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant; and • disclose this information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities, without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. All entries become the property of the Promoter. |
