Members Participation Draw : Oct - Dec 2010 (I presume the T & Cs are the same for each quarter) Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia that are current members of the ThinkSpot Panel at the time of the draw. For each survey completed as as a ThinkSpot member during the promotional period, members will receive and entry in the draw. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Membership to the ThinkSpot Panel is subject to the Terms of Use. Terms of Use: All members of ThinkSpot, must be aged 14 or older. The draw for the winners will take place at 14:00 (AEST) on 11 January 2011 at The WebMart Network Suite 2, 1 Rialto Lane, Manly NSW 2095. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize. Employees and their immediate families of News Magazines Pty Limited and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. All winners will be notified by e-mail. The winners will have their details published by 14 January 2011 on www.thinkspot.com.au. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. News Magazines Pty Limited and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation. The competition commences on 1 October 2010 at 00:00:00 (AEST) and ends on 31 December 2010 at 23:59:59 (AEST) The promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary at The WebMart Network Level 1, 17 Grosvenor St, Neutral Bay, NSW, 2089 14:00 (AEST) three months after initial draw to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject to State Regulation including Reg. 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations, 1993 (SA) and their details will be published on the website where the survey appeared on 15 April 2011. All entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the winners' names, email addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. One winning entry will receive $1000. Total prize pool valued at $1,000(inc GST).
