Go online to www.celebratelittlewins.com.au fill in your details on the entry form with your response to be in the draw to win. You must submit your entry by 11.59pm AEST 30/01/11.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 9am AEST on 03/01/11 and closes 11.00am AEST 30/01/11. ("the Promotional Period"). All entries must be received as set out in columns 2 and 3 below. Entries received each week during the Promotional Period will be included in the judging for that week only. Entries will not roll over into the next week’s judging.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
All entries, for both the Major and Minor Prize, will be judged on 12/01/11, 19/01/11, 27/01/11 and 02/02/11, as described in clause 3. All judging will be conducted at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on literary and creative merit. Winners will be notified by mail and phone within 2 days after the judging and their name will be published in The Australian on 07/02/11.
The entry judged to be the best each week will win (Major Prize) a $4,000 Flight Centre Gift Card. Total RRP value of major prizes is $16,000. There will be 4 x Flight Centre Gift Cards offered in total.
The next best 10 entries each week will win (Minor Prize) a $100 Gift Card of their choice from the following; Woolworths Gift Card (WISH Gift Card), JB HI-FI Gift Card, David Jones Gift Card, Hoyts Gift Card, iSUBSCRiBE Gift Card. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on literary and creative merit. Total Minor Prize pool is valued at up to $4,000.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of any aspect of a prize, due to circumstances outside its control. In any such event, an alternative prize of similar theme and value will be provided. Redemption of any prize is subject to the terms and conditions associated with each prize.
Total prize pool is valued at up to $20,000 RRP.
Prize values are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the prize winner in taking the prize.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A Prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.
Allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.
All prizes must be claimed by 29/04/11. If not all prizes have been claimed by this date the Promoter may conduct further judging, as required, at the same place as the original judging on 02/05/11 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) in respect of those entrants who are resident in South Australia. The winner's name will be published in The Australian 06/05/11.
If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification.
If for any reason a winner does not take or redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter shall not be liable, if, for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, this promotion is not capable of running as planned including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to Members or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

I rang GSK today, and they said they would get someone to "look into it".  Doesn't sound very promising.  Nothing fixed yet.

I actually contacted Nicabate about this problem and received a phone call from them on Friday.
The lady stated that she and her colleagues had logged into the competition and could find NO PROBLEMS.
She told me that it must be my server that was the problem.
I asked her if she could verify whether my entry had actually been received and she told me she could not. :?
I thought I was the only person experiencing this problem. Glad I'm not alone.
It does make me angry though. There is no way of telling whether the entry has gone through or not. :(

I emailed them this afternoon....surely they will finally get the message..and I bet we are not the only ones contacting them..Grrrrr

I hope the judges make allowances for all those people who were unable to enter recently.
It would be nice if they extended this weeks closing and judging dates.
