Terms & Conditions of Entry:

    * Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
    * Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older. The Promoter, the Participating Outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion and each of their employees, immediate family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter.
    * The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    * Only one entry in to the major draw per purchase will be valid and strictly only one Ruski DJ Havana Brown Remix download per person.
    * The promotion begins at 10:00am on Monday 18th October 2010 and closes at 11:00pm on Monday 10th January 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
    * During the Promotional Period, the promotion will only be conducted in selected outlets nationally.
    * The Major Prize draw is valued at $14,700. The prize includes 4 economy return flights from winner’s nearest capital city to either Melbourne or Sydney (depending on DJ Havana Brown’s schedule), 3 night’s accommodation, inc breakfast at a 4 star hotel, Ruski on arrival, Hair & Make Up for 4 people and limousine transfers, $1,000 spending money, meet and greet with DJ Havana Brown, meal allowance and dinner for 4 people.
    * The major prize draw will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100 on 18/1/11 at 11.00am AEST. The winner of the major prize draw will be notified in writing and by phone, and their name will be published in The Australian on 26/1/11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    * The exact date of the prize will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and is subject to DJ Havana Brown’s availability but will be taken within three months of the close date of the promotion. The date will be chosen through reasonable negotiation with both DJ Havana Brown and the prize winner.
    * The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    * There will be 132,500 promotional stickers printed in total for this promotion.
    * The Ruski DJ Havana Brown Remix is valued at $6.80 and is available to be downloaded once per person only.
    * The prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
    * A draw for the major prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 26/4/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone and their name will be published in The Australian on 3/5/11.
    * If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to state regulations.
    * By entering, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, consented to and complied with, and will be bound by, these Conditions of Entry. You further agree that the decisions of Promoter will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
