CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these
Conditions of Entry (Conditions). Entry into the “Win a Beach Cruiser”
Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of
these Conditions.
2. Promotion commences at 12.01 am (AEST) on 1 December 2010 and
entries close at 11.59 pm (AEST) (except in WA where it commences
at 12.01am AWST); entries close 11.59pm on 31 January 2011 (except
in WA where it closes at 11.59pm AWST)) (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their
immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies
associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
How to enter
4. To enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase a Promotion Product (items listed below for each State)
(Promotion Product) from any participating outlet in your State
(Participating Outlet);
(b) then submit an SMS entry by:
(c) (SMS Entry) send an SMS message to 1998 2782 containing the
following information in the following order:
(A) FIRST: the last five digits of your product barcode
(Product Barcode);
(B) SECOND: your first name;
(C) THIRD: your surname; and
(D) FOURTH: your postcode
EXAMPLE ENTRY: 12345 John Smith 2000 i.e. (Product Barcode)

5. The Promotion Products for each State are as follows:
(a) QLD: any Big M 600ml flavoured milk product
(b) WA: any MASTERS 600ml flavoured milk product
(c) NSW: any Moove 600ml flavoured milk product
(d) VIC: any Big M 600ml flavoured milk product
(e) SA: any Pura Classic 500ml or 600ml flavoured milk product
(f) TAS: any Pura Classic 500ml or 600ml flavoured milk product

6. Individuals can submit multiple entries for the Prize. Entrants
must purchase a new Promotion Product from a participating
outlet during the Promotion Period to be eligible for each entry
and chance to win a Prize.
7. Individuals can only enter for purchases of Promotion Products in their
State of residence.
8. Individuals can submit multiple entries. There is a limit of two entries
per person per day. There is a limit of one Prize per entrant (except for
SA residents). Errors and omissions in entries may be accepted at the
Promoter’s absolute discretion.
9. Each valid SMS entry into the Promotion must be contained in a single
SMS from a mobile telephone connected to an Australian based
mobile network with premium SMS (being any one of the Telstra,
Vodafone, Virgin or Optus mobile digital networks or a participating
service provider which has SMS compatible mobile digital phones).
The telephone number of the mobile telephone from which the SMS is
sent must not be withheld. Maximum call cost of SMS message will not
exceed 55 cents including GST. SMS Service Provider is PrimeFocus;
1800 818 957.
10. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or
similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry
service, will void all entries by that entrant.
11. The mobile phone number from which the entrant sends the SMS entry
must be owned by the entrant. The Promoter may require a winner
to validate their entry by showing proof of ownership of the mobile
telephone number. The only acceptable proof of ownership will be an
original invoice in the name of the entrant or an original letter on the
service provider’s letterhead confirming the entrant’s ownership. If an
entrant is unable to provide proof of ownership of the mobile telephone
number within 14 days of request by the Promoter, the entry will be
treated as void and the prize will be treated as an unclaimed prize.
Prizes
12. There are 100 seven Speed Greenline Shimano Tourney Deluxe Beach
Cruiser bikes valued at approximately $489 each (including GST) to be
won (Prizes). Winners will be able to choose a female or male version
of the bike.
13. Total Prize pool is valued at $48,900 (including GST).
14. Where a prize is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute
the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to the directions
of any of the relevant State gaming authorities.
How winners are determined
15. There are 100 winning times (a “Winning Time”) that will be randomly
electronically generated and will be associated with the 100 Prizes.
There will be 100 Winning Times generated over the Promotion Period.
The first eligible entrant who submits an Eligible Entry at or immediately
after a Winning Time will be eligible to win the prize associated with that
Winning Time.
Notification of winners
16. All provisional winners will be notified immediately by return SMS for
entries submitted by SMS. Provisional winners will be subsequently
notified by telephone and mail. Each provisional winner must provide
the Promoter with the provisional winner’s address when contacted
via telephone to enable the Promoter to notify the provisional winner
in writing.
17. The winners’ names will be published in The Australian
on 25 February 2011
Unclaimed Prize Draw
18. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize draw at 12.00 pm
(AEST) on 29 April 2011, 403 / 62 Beach Street Port Melbourne, Victoria,
3207 as is necessary for any unclaimed Prize or to distribute any Prize
awarded to a winner whose entry has been deemed invalid (Unclaimed
Prize), subject to any directions given by any of the relevant State gaming
authorities. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other
than those relating to a winner whose entry or entries are deemed
invalid, or who has already been awarded a Prize) will be eligible to win
any Unclaimed Prize. The first valid entry randomly drawn for each
Unclaimed Prize will win that Prize.
19. All winners of an Unclaimed Prize will be notified by telephone and mail.
Each winner of an Unclaimed Prize must provide the Promoter with their
address when contacted via telephone to enable the Promoter to notify
the winner in writing.
20. The winner/s of any Unclaimed Prize will be published in The Australian
on 13 May 2011
General Conditions
21. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be
entered into.
22. All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of
receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission
by the entrant. SMS entries from a mobile telephone not connected to an
Australian based network with premium SMS are not valid and will not
be accepted.
23. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the
validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, including but not limited to, by using techniques designed
to avoid payment of call costs, or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Conditions.
24. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions, all
prize claims in excess of the advertised total prize pool will be honoured.
Printing errors or other quality control matters outside of the control
of individual entrants shall not be used as the sole basis for refusing to
award the prize.
25. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no
responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
26. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned,
the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify
the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions,
subject to approval of the relevant State gaming authorities.
27. If a Prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be
awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
28. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the
responsibility of the winner.
29. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
(1) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or
traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any
combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage
to participants or any other person’s property related to or resulting
from participation in this Promotion;
(2) accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by
any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion,
including (but not limited to) any failure of the computer system or
other equipment to determine winners in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry; and
(3) accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or
alteration of entries or entrants details.
30. The Promoter and its associated companies and agencies will not
be liable for, and by receiving, taking or using any Prize each winning
entrant is deemed to release the Promoter and its associated companies
and agencies from, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or
using any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter holds the benefit of this clause on its own behalf and as
trustee for its associated companies and agencies.
31. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
32. By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using
the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and
announce the winner and disclosing the entrant’s personal information
to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the
Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by
law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering into
this Promotion, each entrant also consents to their personal information
being used by the Promoter for future marketing and promotional
purposes (other than marketing or promoting via email). The Promoter
is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Entrants can access and correct the personal information the Promoter
holds about them by contacting the Promoter on 1800 677 852. The
