Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only. 2. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrant) who log onto www.flightcentre.com.au (Promotional Website). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of Flight Centre Limited (the Promoter), its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. 3. The promotion commences at 12:00 pm (AEDT) on 24/12/2010 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/01/2011 (Promotional Period). The Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing (mail or email) and the name and locality of the winner of prize will be published on www.flightcentre.com.au . All reasonable steps to notify the Major Prize winner will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. To participate in the promotion Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, log on to www.flightcentre.com.au make a booking (Virgin Blue terms and conditions apply, see www.virginblue.com.au for further details) for a Virgin Blue Domestic, Trans Tasman or South Pacific flight (no minimum value) and correctly complete and submit the online registration form as required, which may include providing the Eligible Entrants full name, date of birth, gender, residential address, phone number and current and valid email address and Flight Centre booking reference number (Registration). Once an Eligible Entrant successfully completes the online Registration, they will be automatically entered into the Major Prize Draw. There is no limit to the maximum entries however each entry must have a new and separate Flight Centre booking reference number. 5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. 6. Major Prize Draw: Each Eligible Entrant who completes an online registration in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will automatically be entered into the Major Prize Draw. The Major Prize Draw will take place at midday (AEST) on 04/02/2011 at Flight Centre Limited, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. 7. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries received will win the Major Prize Amazing Fiji Getaway for 2. Prize includes economy flights return from any major Australian Domestic Airport to Nadi Fiji, coach transfers for 2 return and 7 nights accommodation at the Sonaisali Island Resort including breakfast. 8. The prize excludes insurance, additional options and ancillary costs (including travel to and from the Airport), which are the responsibility of the winner and friends. All other ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. 9. The total prize must be issued by 30 March 2011 for travel anytime to 30 June 2011 strictly. 10. Virgin Blues normal Terms and conditions apply. Sonaisali Island Resort conditions state the Prize is non-transferable nor redeemable for cash; Prize is for 2 adults per room; All prize components are subject to availability; All additional costs are at the responsibility of the prizewinner. Applicable Australia and Fijian departure taxes, noise levy and bag taxes, passports, visas, meals, travel insurance, spending money and all other ancillary costs, including travel to and from the point of departure. 12. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. 13. Prizes will only be awarded where the online registration fulfils all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and procedures and where a booking is valid and not withdrawn. The verification tests and procedures as well as booking confirmation shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 14. If any prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoters reasonable control, then a similar prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. 15. Eligible Entrants can only enter in their own name. Eligible Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of the household of an Eligible Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request an Eligible Entrant produce, within the requested time and before issuing a prize, appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoters satisfaction, at its sole discretion) to verify an Eligible Entrants identity, age, residential address and email address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by an Eligible Entrant in entering the promotion. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Eligible Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoters satisfaction then all the entries of that Eligible Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. 16. If the Major Prize is unclaimed (Unallocated Prize) as at 11:00 am (AEST) on 25.02.2011 then: 1. the Unallocated Prize will be deemed to be unclaimed prizes; and 2. the Unallocated Prize will be distributed as follows: the Promoter will conduct such further draws as are necessary at the same time and location as the original draw on 28.02.2011 in order to distribute any Unallocated Prize as at that date subject to any written directions given under State or Territory legislation. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry in the Major Win Amazing Fiji Getaway for 2 Prize, the online registration will be deemed to be submitted by the authorised account holder of the current and valid email address provided at the time of entry. An authorised account holder is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the relevant submitted email address. 18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with taking any prize or using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process and online registration; or (b) for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
