From Monday 29th November to February 18th 2011 for Australian residents (for major and minor prize
draw)
Monday 29th November to Friday 21st January 2011 for New Zealand residents (for minor prize draw

1. This promoter is Snap-on Tools (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 55 010 793 683) of 80 Holbeche Road Arndell
Park NSW 2148.
2. Entry is open to customers of Snap-on Tools Australia and New Zealand and must be over 18 years of
age. Employees of Snap-on Tools (Australia) Pty Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to
enter.
3. The promotion commences 12.01am, Monday 29th November 2010 and closes 6pm Friday 18th February
2011.
4. It is a 3 part entry process.
Step 1 – Major Prize Draw: All qualifying Trade Card members in Australia and New Zealand who
purchase a minimum of $1000 worth of tools - between Monday 29th November 2010 and Friday 18th
February 2011 - on the Snap-on Tools Trade Card go in to the draw to win a limited edition Travis
Pastrana 54” classic roll cab and riser combo valued at A$12 902.20 including GST.
Contents include:
- KRA2411POV- 55" XGAMES PAS at A$8405.75
- KRW7554APOV - 54" RISER XGAM at A$3497.29

Step 2 – 4 x minor prizes: All qualifying Trade Card members NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, VIC, TAS and NZ can
enter step two of the competition.
NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, VIC, TAS and NZ customers who purchase a minimum of $1000 worth of tools on
the Snap-on Tools Trade Card program will be entered into Step 2 of the competition to go into the draw to
win a ‘ Nitro Circus Package’ in their state. There are 4 packages to win. 1 package in each of the locations
and show dates listed below:

The ‘Nitro Circus Package’ is valued at $450.00 and includes: 2 x VIP tickets to Nitro Circus Live and
1 x $200 Universal VISA Gift Card.
Step 3 – 2 minor prizes: All qualifying Trade Card members in WA and SA can enter step three of the
competition.
WA and SA customers who purchase a minimum of $1000 worth of tools on the Snap-on Tools Trade
Card program will be entered into Step 3 of the competition and will go into the draw to win a $450
Snap-on Gift card. There is 1 x gift card to win in WA and 1 x gift card to win in SA.
Applications from new Trade Card members and all Trade Card purchases are subject to approval.
5. The draw for the 1 minor prize in NZ will take place on Thursday 27th Jan 2011 at 3pm at 80 Holbeche
Road Arndell Park NSW 2148.
6. The draw for the minor prizes in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and SA will take place on Friday 25th Feb, 2011 at
3pm at 80 Holbeche Road Arndell Park NSW 2148.
7. The draw for the major prize in Australia and New Zealand will take place on Friday 25th Feb 2011 at 3pm
at 80 Holbeche Road Arndell Park NSW 2148.
8. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person or persons.
9. The winner of the limited edition Travis Pastrana limited edition 54” classic roll cab and riser combo
will be notified by mail and phone on the day of the draw. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered in to. The winner will also be published in the Australian Newspaper on Friday 24th March
2011.
10. The Travis Pastrana limited edition 54” classic roll cab and riser combo set will be delivered to winner
within 2 weeks of the draw. The minor prizes will be posted to the winners by Snap-on Tools (Australia) Pty
Limited within 1 week of the draw.
11. The winners of the minor prizes will be notified by mail and by their Snap-on franchise owner. Judges’
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The winners will also be published in the
Australian Newspaper on Friday 24th March 2011.
12. If the promoter is unable to contact the winners of any draws, the following redraws will take place:
(a) NZ minor prize redraw will take place on Thursday 3rd Feb at 80 Holbeche Road Arndell Park
NSW 2148.
(b) Australian minor prize redraw will take place on Monday 7th March at 80 Holbeche Road
Arndell Park NSW 2148.
(c) The winners of minor prizes in the Australian redraw will be notified by phone and mail and by
their Snap-on franchise owner. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered in to. The winners will also be published in the Australian Newspaper on Tuesday 8th
March 2011.
(d) Major prize redraw will take place on Wednesday May 25th 2011 at 80 Holbeche Road Arndell
Park NSW 2148.
(e) The winner of the major prize redraw will be notified by phone and mail and by their Snap-on
franchise owner. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The
winners will also be published in the Australian Newspaper on Friday 27th May 2011.
13. At the end of the promotion, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met
notwithstanding the advertised prize pool have been exceeded.
14. The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded,
the Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or
sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising
directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
15. If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt
or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter
will disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (with the approval from the Relevant
Authorities) may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity,
age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who

submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. Incomplete, indecipherable or
illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
17. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of the individual player shall not be used
as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
18. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to
notify the Promoter.
19. The Promoters take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers on
entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide correct and accurate details.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoters. All entries will be entered into a database and the
Promoter may use the entrants’ details for future promotional and marketing purposes.
21. The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion.
