Win Tickets to Yogi Bear

Event, Greater Union and Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas in partnership with Kambrook, have launched a colouring-in competition to celebrate the release of the film Yogi Bear which hits cinemas 13 January 2010.

In the film, Jellystone Park is celebrating its 100 anniversary, however it may be for the last time, because attendance is down and Mayor Brown wants to close the park and sell the land. If the park is closed, Yogi Bear and Boo Boo will lose their home. They join forces with Ranger Smith to save Jellystone from closing forever. Yogi must really prove in this endeavour that he is "smarter than the average bear".

The new adaption of Hanna-Barbera’s classic cartoon stars Dan Aykroyd as the voice of Jellystone Park’s most famous troublemaker, Yogi Bear. Justin Timberlake, also stars as the voice of Boo Boo, Yogi’s faithful pal and co-conspirator in his tireless schemes to separate Jellystone Park patrons from their lunches.

Children 13 years and under are encouraged to enter the competition, which is sectioned into three categories; 0-4 years, 5-8 years and 9-13 years.

Fantastic prize packs will be awarded to the winner and runner up in each category.

The winner receives: Four general admission tickets to Event, Greater Union or Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas and a Kambrook Little Chefs Shimmy Milkshake Maker (0-4 Age category only) or a Kambrook Little Chefs Crazy Crunch Cookie Press (5-8 Age Category only) or a Kambrook Little Chefs Sugar & Spice Doughnut maker (9-13 Age Category).

The runner up receives: Two general admission tickets to Event Cinemas.

There is also a prize for the most creative entry which consists of two general admission tickets to Event, Greater Union or Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas and a Kambrook Little Chefs Flutter Butter Popcorn Maker.
Marc Corbett says he is delighted to be working with Kambrook on this exciting project.
“Whilst visiting Birch Carroll & Coyle Garden City during the school holidays to watch Yogi Bear in 3D, make sure you pick up your entry form and colour up a storm”.

The competition closes on 26 January 2011 and all entries will be displayed in the Birch Carroll & Coyle Garden City foyer. Judges will be looking for interesting and vibrant colours, innovation, age appropriate technique and above all creativity.

Entries can be collected from the foyer where an entry box is also situated for participants to leave their completed entry forms.

I downloaded it yesterday and had no trouble - I did save it and then try to print it but it was a load of 'gobbledegook' (I'm hopeless with computers) but it printed easily when I just used the actual image that came up when I clicked on the link!
