“HOYTS MORNING GLORY” COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and WA residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia only. Entrants must register as a member of the Hoyts Movie Club or Hoyts Rewards by following the relevant links. 5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 6. Only one entry per person permitted. 7. Promotion commences on 06/01/2011. Entries close 11.59pm AEST on 19/01/2011. Winners will be notified by mail. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. To enter this competition, entrants must answer competition questions correctly to qualify and be entered into the draw to win a prize(s). 9. This competition is a game of skill. The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. 12. Prize(s) cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for cash. 13. Winner(s) will be notified immediately in writing; via email. 14.
