Terms and Conditions - Win A Sony eReader

1.   Instructions on how to enter forms part of conditions of entry.

2.   Entry is only open to Borders v.i.p. members made via online only.

3.   Tell us in 25 words or less: Why you need the amazing Sony Reader preloaded with 15 fabulous books and where you’ll use it?

4.   Competition opens on 7th January 2011 and entries close on the 5th February 2011 at midnight. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

5.   All entries will be read and the most original and interesting responses will win. There will be five winners in total. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The winners will be decided on the 6th February 2011 and will be contacted within seven days by telephone and email and will be posted on the publisher’s web site at www.harpercollins.com.au . Winners will be decided by HarperCollins staff.

6.   There are 1 of 5 eReaders and ebook packs to win nationally. The prize is non-transferable and HarperCollins reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7.   Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

8.   Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees, families and trade customers of HarperCollins and REDgroup Retail are not permitted to enter.  

9.   Privacy statement: we will only use and store your personal information for the purposes disclosed to you, including sharing it with any other organisation that helps us provide goods or services to you. If you provide us with your e mail address we will provide you with marketing material informing you of goods or services that may be of interest to you.
