Title: How to Renew CompFolio Post by: helga22 on Saturday 08 January 2011, 11:50:08 am I am wondering how and when you have to renew CompFolio in order to not have any 'down time'?
Can you make your contribution in advance; and if so when will the renewal start. For example my CompFolio will expire in March; if I pay in February will the 'new year' for CompFolio start on the day I pay or on the day the renewal is due? I am a very organized person and I like to have these things sorted out beforehand. I always pay my debts or fees before they are due. :D Title: Re: How to Renew CompFolio Post by: Administrator on Saturday 08 January 2011, 01:27:05 pm Don't worry, your Compfolio settings won't be deleted for a few months even if Compfolio lapses.
Some members go on holidays so it's only fair to give them the chance of renewing it when they get back. A month or so before it expires there is a warning message that pops up at the top of the screen as a reminder. When a members asks for Compfolio to be extended, we just extend the expiry date by 12 months.
