From December to February, these fun outdoor cinemas play everything from the newest releases to old classics and children's film. Win a double pass to see a film under the stars at the Moonlight Cinema in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide. Entries close Monday 17 January. * Tell us in 25 words or less, what do you love about the Moonlight Cinema? Moonlight Cinema Competition GAME OF SKILL TERMS AND CONDITIONS METHOD OF ENTRY 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of PanTV, SBS or the Moonlight Cinema and their immediate families are ineligible. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry. 3. The Moonlight Cinema Competition will run from Thursday 30 December to Monday 17 January. 4. To enter, participants must log onto www.stvdio.com.au and follow the directions on the website. Participants must register their details, including (but not limited to) name, address, postcode and phone number and answer in 25 words or less the following question “What do you love about the Moonlight Cinema?”. They must then enter which city they would like to win tickets to, and submit their entry by clicking on the “Enter Competition” button. 5. Online entries are limited to one entry per email address. All enties become and remain the property of PANTV. 6. PANTV reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of Australian residency status at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity, in order to claim a prize. Acceptance of proof of identification, Australian residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of PANTV. In the event that a winner cannot provide proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. PRIZES 8. The Prize winners will receive one of 50 double passes to one of five cities - Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, each valued at $36. 9. The total value of all prizes is $1800. 10. All prizes are as depicted or described in the promotions for the Competition and are not subject to change. 11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 12. Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, we take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. WINNER NOTIFICATION 13. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winners will be selected on Thursday 20 January at 10am AEDT by a panel of judges, comprised of representatives from PAN TV ("the Selection Panel"). All valid entries will be considered by and will be judged on their literary and creative merit. 14. The winners will be advised by phone and/or email by Monday 24 January. Names of winners will be published on the STVDIO website (www.stvdio.com.au) on Monday 24 January. 15. If any of the winners cannot be contacted by Monday 31 January, the unclaimed prize(s) will be awarded to the next best valid entry as determined by the Selection Panel. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize(s) will be notified by phone and/or email and published on the STVDIO website (www.stvdio.com.au) on Monday 7 February. FINAL CONDITIONS 16. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of publication (inclusive of GST). PANTV and SBS accept no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. 17. PANTV reserves the right to exchange the prize for an alternative prize of approximate value. 18. To the extent permitted by law, PANTV and SBS do not accept responsibility for any variation in the prize and/or its value. 19. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. 20. PANTV and SBS accept no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred in entering the Competition or taking up the prize. 21. PANTV and SBS assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the promoter reserves the rights in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. PANTV, SBS and their associated companies will not be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond their control which prevent awarding of the prize in accordance with the prize description. If such an event occurs, PANTV reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 23. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. 24. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Selection Panel’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 25. All entries become and remain the property of PANTV. PANTV may use the entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. 26. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Unless otherwise notified, PANTV may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes.
