Details of the promotion:
Take a site tour with a Seaspray consultant and you’re in the running to win.
Limited to one entry per person.
Competition closes 31st January 2011.
Winners drawn see clause 10.
Value: iPad with 32Gb storage, WiFi connection and 3G – Valued at $928.00
Winners decided by first name drawn of a single draw for one prize.

Customers will be informed about the Seaside Living’s (ABN 65124347628) “Win an iPad” Competition in clause 3, all customers who undertake a site tour of the Seaspray development at Zilzie, Qld will go into the draw for the chance to win the Apple iPad.  The site tour must be taken before 31 January 2011 to be eligible to enter the draw to win.
Employees and immediate families of the promoter, its subsidiaries and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. The Barrel is emptied after each draw.
Winner’s chosen by barrel draw.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
This competition ends close of business 31st January 2011. 
There is one prize of a 32GB Apple iPad with Wi-Fi & 3G. Value $928 (incl gst).
The prize draws will take place at Seaspray Project Marketing offices at Unit 29, Hyper Centre, 50-59 Sanders Street, Upper Mt Gravatt, QLD 4122.
The winners will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw and also advised in writing within 21 days of draw date.
The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in cash.
The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered or as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If a prize winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to a parent or authorised guardian over 18 years of age.
All entries will become the property of the promoter.
Personal information of customers may be used for the purposes of promoting and marketing products and service at a later date, unless the customer requests otherwise.
