New Year iPad 2011!!
Promotion period January 4th – January 18th 2011
Participation 1.All customers who will answer this 8 question questionnaire within the applicable promotion period will automatically entry into the prize draw.
2.Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
 
Drawing, announcement of winners and prizes 1.There are 3 iPads (Wi-Fi 16GB) to be won and winners will be the first 3 entries drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
2.Each winner will receive 1 (in words: one) iPad (Wi-Fi 16GB) and will be directly notified through the email address registered in the particular user account within 14 days after the prize draw. Please make sure your email address is typed in accurately.
3.No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable, also prizes will only be shipped to Australian addresses.
 
Accepting the win 1.To accept the win, winners have to answer the winning notification email.
2.In the event that a prize-winner does not contact us by answering the winning notification email within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-draw that prize and award it to an alternative winner.
 
Agreement 1.By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize. Customer-Account closure or delete before prize-dispatch will cause forfeiture of prize as well.
