There is 1 prize per 50 entries, 2 at 100 entries, 3 at 150, 4 at 200 for each draw. Draws occur on 20th Feb/May/August 2011 and 29th November 2011.
All entries are kept in the quarterly draws.
Prizes are valued at up to $1,439.40 each

Terms and Conditions
By entering the “Win 12 months of iiNet Internet Connection” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of SoSchott Tech Services Limited and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on December 1, 2010 and concludes on November 29, 2011 at 5:30pm.
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must sign up to a broadband service with iiNet via the link on the SoSchott.com.au website
3.3 Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter the competition only once per unique signup with iiNet.
3.4 Entrants must remain connected to iiNet for Internet Services for the full term of their contract else penalties apply. See iiNet’s Terms and Conditions for more details.

4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one winner per 50 entrants. Ie a second draw will occur once 100 entries have been received in any given draw period and so forth. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below.

Total prize value per prize draw is up to $1,439.40
Setup and Connection Fees, BoB Rental, Hardware, Fetch TV and mobile phone call billing, if required, is not included in the prize.
Prize is for Residential/business ADSL Plan only
4.3 The winners are responsible for the supply of billing details for iiNet to SoSchott Tech Services.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winners agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for cash.
4.7 Prize is only for initially signed up plan value, upgraded plans are at the customers additional expense.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one winner chosen per 50 signed up services from the total pool of entries received via computer generated random number.
5.2 Winners will be notified by a phone call. An email will also be sent. The winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb will be published on the SoSchott Tech Services Website each month within 14 days of the draw being held and remain viewable for 3 months.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 Draws will take place on the 20th of February,May and August, followed by a fourth draw on 30th November at 20:00 at 8 Dawson Avenue, Thornleigh, NSW 2120.

6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.3 SoSchott Tech Services Limited & affiliates will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or
damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
6.4 SoSchott Tech Services assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
