We want to make the Inner West Courier’s Facebook page a favourite destination for local news, updates, sport and photo galleries from the stories we’ve covered. To do that we need you, our readers. Thanks to Broadway Shopping Centre we have 20 double passes to give away each week until the end of March. Winners can collect tickets from the Customer Service Desk on Level 2, by March 31. TIP: Use the “Suggest To Friends” button under the main image on the page. Step 3: When both of you have signed up, send us you and your friend’s details using the form below. Just give us the Facebook profile name of yourself and your friend. As soon as we verify you and your friend follow the Inner West Courier’s Facebook page you’ll go into the draw to win the Hoyts tickets. Step 4: Enter as many times as you like. The more people we have following our page, the more we’ll know what you want to read, what competitions your into, and what news stories have you talking. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Entry is only open to residents in the readership area of the Inner West Courier, or surrounding Sydney suburbs. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. The period for entry into the promotion commences at noon AEST January 11, 2011, and closes noon March 24, 2011. To enter the competition, participants log on to the Inner West Courier Facebook page, click like to follow the page and encourage a friend to also follow the page. They then log on to innerwestcourier.com.au and enter their full name, address and a daytime phone number. 3. 20 winners will be drawn each week for 10 weeks on Thursdays through the period of the competition and the winners will be notified by email or the supplied daytime contact number. Broadway Shopping Centre has supplied 400 tickets (or 200 prizes of a double pass to a movie at the Broadway Shopping Centre’s Hoyts cinemas, for any session, until the end of March. Prizes are to be picked up at the Broadway Shopping Centre customer service desk on level 2 by March 31, 2011 as the tickets are only valid until that day. 4. All competitions are conducted at 181 First Ave, Five Dock, NSW, 2046. There are 200 prizes of Hoyts double passes (two adult tickets) to a movie at the Broadway Shopping Centre’s Hoyts cinemas, for any session, until the end of March (March 31, 2011). 5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. 6. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: a. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition. 7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
