   1. Easy Fast Free is owned and operated by eMedia Network Pty Ltd, PO Box 4118, Balwyn East, VIC 3103, Australia.
   2. If you accept these terms and conditions you will be entitled to become a member of Easy Fast Free and receive promotional campaigns, surveys, competitions or any other promotion within our partner network. The submission of your Easy Fast Free application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   3. You do not have to accept any promotional offers we send out nor enter any competitions, surveys or other promotions we advertise.
   4. EasyFastFree are provided these offers from third parties as advertising opportunities and do not have a direct relationship with the client. As such, we are not responsible for any such opportunities. If you have issue with any such opportunities, you must direct all enquires to the company who is providing the opportunity.

      Registration
   5. Membership of our site is limited to those who provided the necessary details during volunteer registration. You must be 18 years or older to enrol as a member. You may not use another person's name or information to receive offers from our website.
   6. We reserve the right to vary or cancel any registration without notice.
   7. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend your membership at any time in the event of breach of these conditions or for any good reason. You agree to only have one membership account. Any duplicate accounts found will result in both memberships being cancelled. The information you provide us must be current, accurate, valid and truthful. You must keep your information up to date.
   8. All goods and services sold by our partners are sold under their normal terms and conditions and partners are responsible for delivery of goods and provision of services. You will need to tender payment (e.g. by credit or debit card) in the normal way if applicable.
   9. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary any offer published by us through any medium, without notice.
  10. Easy Fast Free also reserves the right to cancel any persons membership if we suspect that the member has violated our terms and conditions.
  11. We accept no liability for any of the acts or omissions of our partners in providing the goods and services detailed in any publishing or advertising medium, including the withdrawal, postponement or amendment of their offers.

      Limitation of liability

You as a member, agree to release Easy Fast Free, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim for loss, damage or liability, including special indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data, in respect of, any survey invitation or advertising emails sent to you; your membership of the Service; your use of or inability to use Easy Fast Free network; any dispute with a supplier of goods and/or services or the quality of goods and/or services purchased by you.

You indemnify and keep indemnified Easy Fast Free, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, costs (including legal costs), penalties or suits caused by or arising out of or consequential upon your membership of the Service or your use of the network.
  14. The liability of Easy Fast Free under this programme is restricted to delivery of their goods or services ordered under their normal terms and conditions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this programme and subject to any delivery information available at the time that a offer is accepted.
  15. Where goods or services are ordered from our partners they will be responsible for delivery.

      Disclaimer of Warranty

  17. When participating in any Easy Fast Free promotions, you must answer accurately, truthfully and take care with all responses. You must not sign up for an offer then immediately cancel it nor sign up with fake data. Any member found doing this will have their membership immediately cancelled.
  18. You must not use Easy Fast Free in a way that is for any purpose unlawful or that engages on hacking, tampering or abusing any system or computer network. You must not use robots or any other device which may fraud our network or service. Easy Fast Free has a zero tolerance policy in regards to this and has sole discretion to terminate your membership.
  19. If a member's account has been inactive for a period of 9 months, Easy Fast Free reserves the right to inactivate the members account. We are not responsible for notifying the members that their account has been made inactive.

      Privacy
  20. All information volunteered as part of this programme will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be available to the programme and Easy Fast Free. This programme will from time to time introduce to you product offers from the partner network, however these third parties will not have access to your personal information.
  21. We will take all reasonable precautions and measures to maintain the security and privacy of your personal information.

      General Conditions
  22. Easy Fast Free reserves the right to refuse your application to your our service if you have been previously cancelled as a member.
  23. Customer support is not contactable by phone. Members agree to check to see if their question can be answered using the terms and conditions page or by using the contact us form. A response is usually made within 2 business days.
  24. When you sign up as a member to Easy Fast Free, you consent to us sending you promotional emails. Emails may include (but not limited to): advertising emails, verification or validation emails, account statements, important notices about our service and your use of our service, order confirmations, administrative announcements, requests for additional information from you or responses to customer services enquiries you have made.
  25. Any printed statements made by us regarding this programme form part of these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may be applied from time to time for particular benefits or product offers.
  26. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, or to withdraw, restrict or terminate the programme at any time. Other card products may also be launched from time to time and their terms and conditions will be advised at the time of launch.
  27. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Registering under the programme constitutes your consent for processing your personal data for the purposes indicated and reasonable purposes ancillary to those objectives and each transaction entered into by you under the programme constitutes your continuing affirmation of such consent.

      Competition Terms
  30. EasyFastFree is an Australian website and unless otherwise stated, all prize draws are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
  31. Any person (including family) connected with the EasyFastFree website or eMedia Pty Ltd or anyone connected with prize draw sponsors are not eligible for participation in any competition we internally host.
  32. Promotions commence on the 15.3.2010 and must be received by 11-59pm AEST on the 14.3.2011.
  33. Our prize draws may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously.
  34. Several different prizes maybe promoted during the promotion from a new member signing up to EasyFastFree however there is only one winner drawn per competition term (i.e. 12 months) and only one prize issued to the winner.
  35. Competitions are a game of skill. The person randomly picked as the prize winner MUST answer the question correctly in order to win. If the person chosen has not got the correct answer, another person will be drawn until such time as a winner is declared.
  36. Winners will be chosen at random by a computer. The winner is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  37. Brief details of the winner maybe included in promotional emails or website pages.
  38. Winners will be notified by email and must claim their prize within 30 days. At the end of 30 days, unclaimed prizes will be void.
  39. All prizes are subject to availability. Should a prize be unavailable, a prize of a similar price or specification will be substituted. In some circumstance, a cash equivalent may be offered.
