We have 28 In2Cricket cricket sets, each containing two sets of wickets, two bats and an Incrediball, each valued at $45.75, to give away.

The competition is open until 5pm on Friday, January 21.

The winners will be judged at Leader’s Blackburn office on January 24 and notified by mail.

One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.

Terms & Conditions – Leader and Jetstar in2Cricket Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel Street Blackburn Vic 3130. ABN: 34 004 337 446.

3. The promotion is known as the “Leader and Jetstar in2Cricket” promotion.

4. Entry is available to Victorian residents who reside within the Leader Newspapers distribution area. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.

5. Only one entry permitted per person.

6. Leader Newspapers’ privacy policy is available by visiting www.leadernews.com.au and following the relevant links.

7. Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 17/01/2011 and finishes at 5.00pm AEST on 21/01/2011 (“promotion period”).

8. This promotion will be advertised in Leader newspapers and online during the promotion period.

9. Consumers can enter via the following method:

a. Internet – Visit www.leadernews.com.au and complete the online entry form. Online entry form will require address, contact numbers, email address details, date of birth and the title of the entrant’s local Leader newspaper. Entrants will need to tell us in 25 words or less why their hometown place to play cricket is so special to them.

10. The promotion is one of a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All eligible entries will be judged on the following criteria:

a. Creativity
b. Inclusion of a local location

11. Judging will take place at the office of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel Street Blackburn Vic 3130.

12. The best 28 valid entries judged at 12.00pm on 24/01/2011 per paper will each win an In2Cricket cricket set containing 2 x sets of wickets, 2 x bats and 1 x incrediball valued at $AUD45.75 each.

13. Total prize pool value is $AUD1,281.00.

14. Winners will be contacted in writing within 7 days of judging taking place. All winners and their details will be published in all Leader newspapers on week commencing 31/01/2011.

16. Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.

17. Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.

18. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Leader. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

19. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to runner-up entries three months after the judging at 12.00pm on Monday 27/04/2011 at the office of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel Street Blackburn Vic 3130. Winners will be contacted in writing within 7 days of judging taking place and winners will be published in Leader newspapers on week commencing 02/03/2011.

20. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash of any kind and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner’s loss of the prize.

21. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any additional costs involved as a result of taking the prize.

22. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including by not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.

23. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

24. The personal information supplied to Leader Newspapers is for the purpose of entering this competition only and may not be used by us or any of our Australian related companies for future marketing and publicity purposes. This personal information may be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached the terms and conditions.
