To celebrate the New Year and the count down to Term One we are providing you with the opportunity to Win Your Course Fees Back!

If you enrol in one of our exciting Term One courses prior to midnight 6th February 2011 you will enter the draw.

The winner will be announced in the first week of Term One and will be awarded their course fees in the form of MCC Macquarie Gift Vouchers (the the maximum value of $2,000). This provides you with the opportunity to select another one of our courses to complete.

Simply complete your enrolment either online, over the phone, in person, via mail or fac and you will automatically enter the draw.

MCC Macquarie Term One Enrolment Competition
Prize: Win Your Course Fees Back, to the maximum value of $2,000
How to Enter
Every student that enrols in a MCC Macquarie Term One course between 10th
January and 6th February 2011 is automatically entered into the draw.
Duration of Competition
The competition opens at 9am, Monday 10th January 2011 and closes midnight
Sunday 6th February 2011. (Promotional Period).
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2. One (1) entry will be allocated per enrolment per person upon payment of full
enrolment fees.
3. This promotion is valid only for enrolments in Term One courses.
4. Entries are only valid upon completion of mandatory information fields as outlined
on the standard enrolment form.
5. Enrolments can be made via phone, mail, fax, in person or online.
5. The prize pool consists of one (1) x prize. The winning entrant will receive the
value of their Term One course fees in the form of Macquarie Community College Gift
Vouchers. The maximum prize which will be awarded is $2,000.
6. There will be one prize draw on Friday 11th February 2011. The draw will take
place at 12noon. All enrolments received during the promotional period will be
eligible to win.
6. Prize must be used in conjunction with the terms and conditions for Macquarie
Community College gift vouchers.
7. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as
offered.
8. Enrolments that are illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any
way will not be considered.
9. If for any reason the course enrolled in is cancelled, the entry will therefore be
void. If for any reason the student withdraws from the course and accepts a refund
or credit note the entry will be void.
10. Enrolments received after the close time midnight, on Saturday 20 November
2010 will not be considered.
11. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected enrolment forms.
12. The winner must make contact and provide identification to Macquarie
Community College on Friday 11th February or within the following 10 business days
or the prize will be re-drawn.
13. Employees and the immediate families of Macquarie Community College,
participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
enter. Immediate families means parents, siblings, spouse, children and
grandparents.
14. The prize winner will be announced online and also contacted directly on the
telephone. The prize-winner must provide suitable identification to the Promoters’
satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
15. If the prize-winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the
winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify
any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not
in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
