1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is only open to permanent NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3.The Promoter reserves the right to remove, disqualify or declare as invalid any entry where there has been tampering with the entry process or the entry form or where an entry is submitted that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry form not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions is invalid.
4.No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5.Only one entry permitted per person. Only entries submitted on an original entry form page will be valid (i.e. no photo copies accepted). Entry forms are available in the Camden Haven Courier and Port Macquarie News competition advertisements during December and February and at the Better Homes Poet’s Ridge Display Home (“Display Home”) at 8 Mountain Spring Dr , Kendall NSW 2439.
6.To enter the draw simply deposit the completed entry form into the official Lounge Lizard entry box at Display Home.
7. The promotion commences on 1 December and entries may be submitted on and from that date. Entries close at 3.00pm AEST on 10 February 2011. No entry will be accepted after that time. The winning entry will be randomly drawn from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 11 February at 10:00am AEST at Better Homes, 2 Murray St, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444.
8.The winner will be notified by telephone and mail and their name will be published in the Public Notices section of The Camden Have Courier on Wednesday 16 February, and on the Promoter’s website at www.betterhomes.com.au. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.The first valid entry drawn will win a $2,000 shopping voucher redeemable at The Vast Interior, Hastings River Drive, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 and a $3,056 LG home entertainment system.
10. Any costs in excess of the value of the vouchers (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
12. Redemption of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher.
13. The total prize value is $5,056. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
14. If the prize is not collected by 6 May 2011 the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the Display Home on that date at 10.00am AEDST to distribute the unclaimed prize. In the event of a winner of the unclaimed prize draw, their name will be published in the Public Notice section of The Port Macquarie News on 13 May 2011.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Privacy Notice: The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entry will be declared invalid and removed from the draw. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed the State Lottery Department and the winners name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
