Terms and Conditions

   1. This competition is a promotion run by The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited ABN 72 009 660 575 (“Promoter”).
   2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   3. The competition is open to anyone who completes the online customer satisfaction survey and provides his or her email address for notification purposes.
   4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
   5. Limit of one entry per person.
   6. The competition commences 9am Monday 10 January 2011 and closes 5pm Sunday 20 February 2011. The competition will be drawn at 10am on Friday 04 March 2011 at RACQ offices located at 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains Qld 4113. The winners will be published on the RACQ website.
   7. There will be 5 winners in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   8. Entry is by completing the online survey and can only be accessed through the RACQ corporate website.
   9. The winner will receive a Caltex fuel voucher valued at $50 which can be redeemed at any Caltex service station. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
  10. The prize must be taken and used by the expiry date noted on the Caltex fuel voucher.
  11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  12. Winners will be notified by email. The prize will be posted to the winners.
  13. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 11am on Friday 18 March 2011 at RACQ offices located at 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains Qld 4113, and redraw winners will be notified by email.
  14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  15. The Promoter will only use the information provided for the purpose of conducting the competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.  The Promoter may use or disclose entrant's personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy available on its internet site at www.racq.com.
  16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
