Then you might be just what we're looking for!

The search is on for eight fabulous individuals who really live every lastminute, to become reviewers for the new Live Every lastminute blog.

These eight lastminute lovers, one from each Aussie state and territory, will score free stuff every month for a year. From chic hotel stays to cooking classes, we'll give you a year's worth of amazing experiences, and in return all you have to do is tell us (and our readers) what you think!


   
Show us what you're made of with a sample blog entry, describing your last adventure in 100 words or less. Where did you go and what did you get up to? It doesn't have to be about an exotic, far flung destination – if you can excite us about a trip to the supermarket, all the better!

The three people from each state and territory who receive the highest number of votes will be shortlisted, and from these shortlists the lastminute Lovelies will decide on our lucky eight winners.

lastminute.com.au Free Stuff For A Year Competition Conditions

Part A: Competition Entry and Prize Conditions

The Promoter is lastminute.com.au Pty Limited ABN 34091825142, level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
The promotion commences at 9am AEST, 24 January 2011 and closes at midnight AEST, 20 Febuary 2011.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.
To enter the promotion, participants must provide their contact details, a photograph of themself and submit a sample blog post of 100 words or less that describes their last adventure.
At the conclusion of the competition entry period, three finalists from each Australian state and territory will be determined, based on the entrants that receive the highest number of votes by the public. From these finalists, one winner per Australian state and territory will be determined, based on the sample blog posts that are judged best by the Promoter. This judging will take place at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 9am AEST, Monday 21 February 2011. The winners will receive: 12 monthly products available for purchase on lastminute.com.au to review, including but not limited to accommodation, experiences and gifts.
The prize will be arranged by the Promoter. Specific details, namely products, suppliers, dates and scheduling are at the discretion of the Promoter.
Any additional costs incurred by the winners, other than those which form part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winners, including transfers, spending money, and any incidental charges (e.g. room service, internet use, insurances).
Should a winner be un-contactable by 9am AEST, Friday 25 February 2011, the sample blog post from their state or territory that is judged second best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner at 9:05am AEST, Friday 25 February 2011 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2010.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
Each prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by a winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.
Once prizes have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the winner.
If stipulated by the Promoter multiple components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$96,000.
The winners will be notified on the day of the judges decision. The winners’ details will also be published at www.lastminute.com.au on Monday 21 February 2011 for a period of three months.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect personal information such as your name, telephone number and email address. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion.
By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.

Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
Part B: Entrant and Winner Blog / Review Conditions

Winners shall make themselves available:
for one lastminute.com.au experience and review per month for one year between February 2011 and February 2012 (exact dates to be confirmed); and
at all other times and places reasonably required by the promoter on reasonable advance notice and subject to the Promoter covering out-of-pocket expenses to participate in the Free Stuff For A Year competition and publicity for the Free Stuff For A Year competition;
to travel (at their expense) to the designated prize locations within their state or territory as part of the Free Stuff For A Year competition;
Entrants (including the winners) represent, warrant and undertake to the Promoter on a continuing basis that your entries and reviews, including all written statements and photographs provided to us in connection with your Entry and in the case of the winners the prizes (referred to in these Conditions as your ‘Material’):
is solely owned by you;
may be used by the Promoter in accordance with these Conditions without infringing the intellectual property rights, moral rights or other rights of, or breach any obligations of confidence owed to, any person;
will not be designed or likely to bring lastminute.com.au or the Free Stuff For A Year competition into disrepute and you will advise us of any information of which you become aware which could bring lastminute.com.au or the Free Stuff For A Year competition into disrepute;
will not contain anything which is obscene, defamatory or offensive or which contravenes any applicable law;
will not contain any viruses or other malicious computer programs that may damage, modify or delete any of the information on the lastminute.com.au website or affect the proper operation of the website or the Free Stuff For A Year competition; and
will at all times be up to date, true, accurate and not misleading.
Without limiting any other rights we may have under these Conditions or otherwise, we may remove your Material from the lastminute.com.au website and/or disqualify you from the Free Stuff For A Year competition if you violate these obligations, or if we otherwise consider any of your Material to be offensive or inappropriate in any way.
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Material. You grant lastminute.com.au a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify, communicate to the public, publish and distribute your Material in all media (including on a commercial basis), and to permit others to do any of these things. You grant this licence to us on a non-exclusive basis in relation to your competition entry and an exclusive basis in relation to winners’ reviews.
lastminute.com.au may, but is not obliged to, publish your Material and publicise your involvement (including by using your name and likeness) in the Free Stuff For A Year competition as it sees fit, including via the lastminute.com.au website. You hereby grant lastminute.com.au full permissions to do so. You agree if requested by us to sign any further documents required to give full effect to these Conditions
You acknowledge that we may not be able to prevent unauthorised use of your Entry or Material while it is on, or available via, our website, and you release us from all liability associated with any unauthorised use of your Material by a third party.
You acknowledge and agree that lastminute.com.au will not be liable to you and that you will have no claim against lastminute.com.au or any other person for any act or omission by lastminute.com.au arising in connection with any prejudicial or derogatory portrayal or representation of you and/or any other act or omission which might constitute an infringement of your copyright or moral rights. In all other respects, you irrevocably waive to the extent permissible by law and agree never to:
assert against lastminute.com.au any moral rights arising out of or in connection with your Material; or
institute any action on the ground that any changes, deletions, additions or other use of your Entry or your Material violates your moral rights.
