7: How to enter
From January 31st – Feb 24th, Listeners will be asked to listen out for our “Key Songs” every hour from 7am-4pm inclusive each day Monday to Friday, and every hour Saturdays 9am-2pm inclusive, and Sundays 10am-3pm inclusive. Entrants will be required to SMS their name, age and suburb through to 1999 1065 and one winner will be selected at random each hour. The selected entrant will be called back and asked to identify what the “Key Song” for that hour was, and if they are correct, the win be allocated a coloured key.
8: Prize valuation
A house and land package worth $500,065.00 at Gregory Hills, Sydney NSW. Please see Tender document attached.

Maximum No. entries – 226 (from the contest spots run each hour for the duration of the promotion)
10: Draw process and judging
All winning listeners must attend an outside broadcast with the Mix Breakfast Team on Friday 25th February at Gregory Hills. All the winners must be on-site and registered by 6.45am. Each of the winners who have received a “key” during the promotional period will be asked to place the physical key in the corresponding coloured barrel. Every half hour from 7.00am one coloured key group will be eliminated by drawing a sealed envelope from a dedicated barrel. There will be 3 colour

eliminations leaving 1 colour as the finalists.
All finalists with the last key colour left will have their names placed into a barrel – Andrew and Claire will select one listener at a time, and allow them to pick a key from the barrel/cement mixer. Each participant will attempt to unlock the door when their name is selected, until a winner is found.
Only one key in this final colour will open the door to the land – this finalist will be declared the winner.

15: Special conditions
The winner will receive an executed Undertaking in the form of a Deed Poll (“Deed of Undertaking”) from Wisdom Homes whereby Wisdom Homes undertakes to construct and transfer to the winner a land and home package within 12 months in accordance with the specifications attached.
The winner may, if they choose to, enter into a separate agreement with Wisdom Homes directly during the construction of the house in relation to changes or substitution of fixtures i.e. bath and shower, mixtures, basins and other fixtures and fittings, but any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner and will not be covered by ARN or Wisdom Homes.
Wisdom Homes will pay all costs relating to the construction and transfer of the land and home package to the winner. Such costs shall include Stamp Duty, Council Rates, Land Taxes, GST and any legal fees incurred by Wisdom Homes up to and including the transfer of title in the land and home package to the winner.
The winner will be responsible for their own legal costs. The winner upon receipt of the executed Deed of Undertaking from Wisdom Homes, will bear all risk in the construction and completion of the home (i.e. insolvency or failure of Wisdom Homes prior to completion and delivery of the land and home package). ARN will not be responsible for the failure of Wisdom Homes to deliver the land and homes package in accordance with the Deed of Undertaking for any reason.
The winner’s sole avenue of remedy following receipt of the Deed of Undertaking from Wisdom Homes will be pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Deed of Undertaking.
It is the obligation of each entrant to determine the tax impact, if any, on them in the event that they are the winner of the land and home

package. ARN will not be responsible for any Stamp Duty, GST, Income Tax or any other cost or tax which may be incurred by the winner as a result of winning the competition or receiving the land and home package.
The decision of ARN and its representatives in determining winners of challenges or other elements of the competition shall be final.
The winner will agree that their image name and likeness and audio and visual recordings of them may be used in the promotion of Wisdom Homes and Mix 106.5 and agree to attend reasonable promotional activities associated with the Promotion, Wisdom Homes and Mix 106.5.
The Australian Radio Network General Terms and Conditions as published on the Station Website and available from the Stations reception on request subject to such variations may be provided for in this Schedule.
