TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information and instructions on how to enter and claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed to constitute acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions. 2. Entry is only open to Australian Pharmacy Retail Staff in NSW & ACT, aged 18 years or over, including Pharmacists, Pharmacist Assistants and/or Sales Assistants. Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. 3. Promotion commences 15/10/2010 and closes at 11:59PM ACDT 31/01/2011 (“Promotional
Period”).4. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid. 5. To enter the promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period, email or post the completed entry form
and colour images of the solved Hamilton cube. All six sides of the cube need to be shown on the images for a valid entry. Email to promotion@hamiltonlabs.com.au, max 8MB per email can be received. Email
subject needs to be PROMOTION. Post to Hamilton Laboratories Promotion, GPO Box 7, Adelaide SA 5001. 6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s
identity, age, employment and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry. Errors and omissions
will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will
be deemed invalid. 8. There is a limit of one entry per person. The number of entries per pharmacy cannot exceed the number of cubes received by that pharmacy from the Hamilton Sales Representative. 9.
The draws will take place at 11:30AM ACDT on 07/02/2011 at Hamilton Laboratories, 217 Flinders St, Adelaide SA. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 2 days and by mail within 14 days. A list of
winners’ names will be displayed at Hamilton Laboratories, 217 Flinders St, Adelaide SA following the draw and, for prizes valued at over $500, winners’ names will be published on www.hamiltonlabs.com.au
and in The Australian on 14/02/2011. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. There will be first, second and third prizewinners. The first valid entry drawn will win a 16GB
Apple iPad with Wi-Fi valued at $629, second valid entry an 8GB Apple iPod nano with Multi-Touch valued at $199 and third valid entry a $100 Visa Gift Card. 11. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming
a Visa Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of Visa Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Visa Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified
on the Visa Gift Card. 12. Winners must produce the solved cube for verification before the prize is awarded. If the Promoter considers that the cube has not been solved or has otherwise been tampered with,
the entry is disqualified and a new winner shall be drawn. 13. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with
a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 14. Total prize pool is valued at up to AU$928. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken in cash. 15. Prizes will be delivered in Australia to the address stated on the winning entry forms. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize and should satisfy themselves they are able to
take delivery of the whole prize. 16. Prizes not claimed within 3 months of the draw shall be deemed forfeited and the winner shall be redrawn. 17. Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, a
draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place at 11:30AM ACST on 13/05/2011 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners’ names (for prizes valued at
over $500) will be published on www.hamiltonlabs.com.au and in The Australian on 20/05/2011.18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated
due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents); shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to
that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) use of a prize; or (g) negligence of the Promoter. 20. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The Promoter
collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers,
prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to
the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 21. Entrants grant Hamilton permission to take photos of the entrant holding the solved cube and publish the photos along with the entrant’s name in
promotional material. 22. “Apple’, “iPad” and “iPod” are registered trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S.A. and other countries. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion. 23. The Promoter
