Prove you're the BIGGEST FAN and WIN!

1. Create a two minute or less video to prove why you are the biggest Littlest Pet Shop fan based on the monthly theme.

* This month's theme is: AWARDS CEREMONY - entries for this month are now open and will close at 5pm on the 20th of Feb.

2. Send us your video - you can either:

- Email it to us at: lpsyoutube@pacificmags.com.au

OR

- Post it in on a CD or DVD to TG Biggest LPS Fan Video Comp, PO BOX 133, Eastern Suburbs MC NSW 2004

3. We will then upload it to the LPS YouTube Channel so you can see how many people have watched your video and share it with your friends!

* REMEMBER: Get mum or dad's permission to enter and include their name and phone number when you send in your entry.

4. Once your video is uploaded, we will send you a free LPS sticker to add to your Collect and Get loyalty card! These can be emailed or sent via post to you (we will contact you once we upload your video).

5. Each month Total Girl will choose the best 10 videos which you will be able to vote on. The video with the most votes at the end of the voting period will win that month's major LPS prize! The other nine videos will win that month's runners up prize.

This month's Biggest LPS Fan Competition opens at 9am on the 17th January with entries closing at 5pm on 20th Feb. The best 10 videos as chosen by Total Girl will appear on the Total Girl website on the 22nd of February with the monthly winner revealed on the 1st of March! Next month's Biggest LPS Fan competition will open at 9am on the 21st of Feb with the monthly theme to be revealed soon!

Conditions of Entry - TOTAL GIRL BIGGEST LPS FAN COMPETION

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Enter by sending in a video proving why you are the biggest LPS fan to the email address specified in Total Girl February 2011 issue and also online at www.totalgirl.com.au. Videos can be sent via email to lpsyoutube@pacificmags.com.au with Biggest LPS Fan Comp - Feb in the subject heading and their name and address in the body of the email. Alternatively, videos can be copied to either a blank CD or DVD and sent via mail to ‘TG Biggest LPS Fan Video Competition' PO Box 133 Eastern Suburbs MC NSW 2004.

3. Video Entries must include all contact details as stated on www.totalgirl.com.au to be eligible to win.

4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896).

. The competition commences on 17/1/11 at 09:00 AEDT and closes on 20/2/11 at 17:00 AEDT. The top ten entries will be the best valid entries as determined by the number of votes they have received and judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality, at the Promoter's premises on 21/02/11 at 11:00 AEDT.

6. The monthly winner and 9 runners up will be determined by the number of votes they receive via the Total Girl website. The entry with the most votes will be deemed the winner with the next 9 videos with the most votes receiving a runners up prize. If there is a tie situation, the Promoter will determine the winners and runners up based on skill.

7. Total prize value is (up to) $667.91 as at 13/12/10. One (1) winner will receive a Littlest Pet Shop DS game plus a LPS Pet Rescue Playset valued at $128 and Nine (9) runners up will receive 1x Littlest Pet Shop DS game valued at $59.99 each ($539.91 in total).

8. The winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published online at www.totalgirl.com.au on 01/3/11.

9. Prizes will be sent within 8 weeks.

10. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or if the winner is unable to attend any element of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one prize will be awarded per person, however minor prize winners will also have a chance at winning the major prize.

12. Entrants into this competition must be 16 years of age or younger as at the date of entry.

13. All entrants must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner's parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner's legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner's entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.

14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter [subject to state and territory legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who may have tampered with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the draw; whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; in the participation in any prize; as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail, email SMS or phone call; due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software or phone; or any combination thereof, related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.

15. All entrants must submit ONLY their own original answers, designs and works. Entries must not contain offensive material or material unsuitable for anyone under the age of 16. Any such answers, designs or works cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. Entries that are found to have been derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. The winner may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the entry. Without limiting the generality, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached this term. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
16. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
17. The Promoter highly recommends a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the prize winner.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner's deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Promoter deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant, claiming to be a winner, being unable to satisfy these Conditions of entry.

20. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and, with the exception of cash prizes, cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be sent to the winner's nominated address as stated in their original entry. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd and its related entities collects entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners) and for related purposes which would reasonably be expected without your permission. For example, we may from time to time use your personal information to provide you with information about products and services which we expect may be of interest to you. However, we do respect your right to direct us not to do this if and when any future communication is sent to you by the Promoter. We do not sell personal information to other organisations. We may disclose personal information to essential service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services. You may request access to your personal information by writing to The Privacy Officer, Legal Compliance Department, Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
22. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
23. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
24. Nothing in these Conditions of entry limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory implied guarantees/warranties as provided under the Trade Practices Act, ASIC Act, or the Competition and Consumer Act including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
25. The Promoter (including its' officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits or opportunity), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition including taking or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), including the Non-Excludable guarantees. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.


Conditions of Entry - TOTAL GIRL LITTLEST PET SHOP 2011 COLLECT AND GET


1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.
2. Enter as many times as you wish. Entrants must collect 6 x LPS Stickers for each type of prize they would like to win. At least 5 of your stickers per entry must be from specially marked LPS toys and only a maximum of one of your stickers per entry may be the bonus sticker redeemable by uploading a video in the LPS Biggest Fan competition during each of the 2 promotional periods. 2 sets of prizes will be available over the competition period, and a collection of 6 stickers must be submitted to win one prize.
3. Along with the 6 LPS stickers, each entry must be accompanied by a 25 words or less answer to the question posed in Total Girl magazine cover-dated February 2011 and July 2011 and also online at www.totalgirl.com.au. Each entry must either be on an original entry form/loyalty card or a printed copy from www.totalgirl.com.au/LPS and sent to Total Girl LPS Competition PO Box 178 Eastern Suburbs MC
4. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win.

The winners will be the best valid entries from all entries received up to each date of judging during each period, as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality, at the Promoter's premises fortnightly on Tuesdays during and following the promotional periods at 3pm:

12. One entry per 6 LPS Stickers obtained, of which 5 must be purchased from specially marked LPS Products. All entrants must retain their original receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase during the promotional period. Such evidence must, on request by the Promoter, be provided to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, which demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
13. All competition entries must be able to be posted to and received at the post office box address supplied for the particular competition. No hand delivered or bulky entries will be accepted upon receiving at the Promoter's premises for any competition, unless otherwise stated herein. Mail entries that contain any objects that have not been requested by the Promoter (such as backing cards or excess paper) will not be accepted. Any entries that do not follow these requirements will be deemed invalid and will not be received by the Promoter or its agents. The Promoter and its agents take no responsibility whatsoever for such entries that do not follow these prescribed guidelines. The Promoter advises entrants not to send entries to the Promoter's street address as these entries may be deemed invalid.
14. The Promoter highly recommends a DL-sized (business) envelope is used in submitting postal entries. Entries sent via registered mail will not be guaranteed entry into the competition due to increased sorting, handling and storage required by Australia Post. Entries sent in smaller unique envelopes are known to have issues when being sorted electronically by Australia Post and should be avoided. The Promoter also encourages competition entrants to clearly write on their envelope the full name and address of the competition they are entering for ease of processing by Australia Post and therefore entry into the competition.

The winner agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter all of his/her right, title and interest (including without limitation all intellectual property rights such as present and future copyright) in and to the entry. The winner may be required to enter into an agreement with the Promoter whereby the winner formalises the assignment to the Promoter of all copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the entry and releases the Promoter from any liability arising from the use by the Promoter (or any of its assignees and licensees) of the entry. This contract may include any other provision the Promoter deems relevant. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. Entries that are found to have been derived from the work or designs of a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. The winner may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the entry.
