`TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY INTO THE ST.GEORGE MOVIES BY BURSWOOD
& MOVIES AT STIRLING COMPETITION  (“THE PROMOTION”)
 
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions;
however, to the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and
conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By
participating in this Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and
acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

2. The Promoter is St.George Bank - a Division of Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33
007 457 141 of 275 Kent St, Sydney, NSW (“St.George” or “the Promoter”), tel: 02
9236 2337. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in
the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) will be known as “the Westpac Group”.

3. The Promotion commences at 00:01am on 13 December 2010 and closes at midnight
on 15 March 2011 (“the Promotion Period”).

4. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Western Australia who submit a valid
entry in accordance with clause 5 during the Promotion Period (“an Eligible Entrant”).
Employees and contractors of the Westpac Group and their immediate families and
printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible
to enter.

5. To enter this Promotion, an eligible entrant must, during the promotion period: 
(a) log onto www.stgeorge.com.au/movies
(b) Register your contact details including your name, contact phone number and
email address,
(c) Correctly answer the question “Who is the major sponsor of Movies by Burswood
and Movies at Stirling?”
(d) Submit your entry by clicking on the submit button at the foot of the page,
(“Entry”). No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost, late, incomplete,
illegible, or misdirected Entries.   

6. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Entrants will only receive one entry into the draw for
the first valid Entry submitted during the Promotion Period. All subsequent entries will
be discarded. 

7. There is one prize valued at $5,000 at time of publication, consisting of 
 $2,500 in a St.George Bank SENSE account; and
 $2,500 donated by St.George Bank to one of Movies by Burswood or Movies at
Stirling Charity Partners
(the “Prize”).  If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to
their parent or legal guardian.  It is a requirement of taking the Prize that the winner can
satisfy the account opening requirements.  If the winner is unable to satisfy these
requirements, the prize will be forfeited.
 

8. The prize draw will be conducted 21 March 2011 at Level 6, 35 Pitt Street, Sydney at
10:00 EST (the “Draw”).  The winner will be determined by way of a random selection
from a computer database containing all Entries from Eligible Entrants. The Entrant that
submitted the first Entry drawn will receive the Prize (“the Winner”). The allocation of
the Prize to the Winner is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence
in relation to the Prize or the Promotion.

9. The Winner will be notified by email to the address within 2 days after the draw. In the
event the Winner cannot be contacted on this day, the Promoter will continue to
attempt to contact the winner up until the prize claim deadline outlined in these terms
